It is bizarre that someone makes an account here with a username containing the name of the act he apparently hates. I sure as hell wouldn't like to see sth I hate every time I post sth here or every time I log in. I guess you're pretty much demonstrating you have zero happiness and joy and enjoyment in your life and that you can only understand bitterness and resentment.

I think there's a rule the runners-up cannot release an album. JLS last year were signed in January, before the XF tour. Chico also released his single (not album) before/during the tour.

Dunno, but my guess is they wanted to coincide it with the X factor tour - it starts either that day or a day later. Probably they're aiming at the casual X Factor concert goers too and not only the Jedfans.

:cheer: That's right! Let's rise, boys!!! :yahoo:
  6. Numero dos on Irish iTunes. http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/8281/ieitunes30012010.jpg
  7. Really? Is that official?
  8. It seems it's Jedward. (Implied by this cover, the Amazon preorder page and the HMV preorder page.)
  9. Supposed single cover: http://sonymusic.ie/Uploads/news/jedward-under-pressure-artwork.jpg B)
  10. Yup, it does. :cheer: And quite current and modern, too, considering it's a mash-up of two almost 20&30 yo songs. Lovin' it!
  11. Probably won't reach the top, but all that matters is that it's out. :cheer:
  12. Cheers! I'm advocating for that idea, too. Would be great if the OCC rules defined that more clearly, but oh well... Can't have it all. ^_^
  13. If you pay for the track and the purchase isn't in breach of any other OCC rules, then it should count. On another note, my friend and I were wondering about exported physical singles. Let's say someone from Germany buys a physical CD-single on Amazon.co.uk or HMV.com. Technically, that's an export, but it was purchased within UK (a UK store). Does that purchase count towards the UK Singles Chart? I've gone through the OCC rules and the only thing mentioned there are imported singles, no word about exports. Any info on that? Thanx. :)
