Quietest week in ages for new albums although Cian Ducrot, Roger Waters and Renee Rapp could all get into the top ten I expect Oasis will return to number one
  2. With the sad news that Ozzy Osbourne has passed away I’m expecting Black Sabbath and Ozzy songs to take over the iTunes Charts
  3. Coldplay seeing a big boost at the moment
  4. Probably will be Cian Ducrot, his last album got to number one
  5. Ordinary just dominates but it’s notable that Alex Warren’s album hasn’t spent more then 1 or 2 weeks in the album top 10 recently it’s usually between 20 and 11
  6. Would be awesome if Olivia Dean could climb to number one
  7. Brian Wilson passed so expect a few Beach Boys songs in the charts
  8. Wonder if Ed’s next studio album will do better than his last couple. The singles seem to be hanging around
  9. They started playing that Alex Warren song on radio 2 and it’s terrible
  10. Thanks, I wonder if it will take over from Red Wine Supernova as her 3rd song in the charts. My choir have just started rehearsing that song, so got it in my head all the time
  11. What’s the highest position “Pink Pony Club” has been on Spotify
  12. I’m guessing Dancing In The Dark is also doing well on Amazon
  13. Be interesting to see how the reissue of Definitely Maybe does, think it will be number one where maybe it wouldn’t have before the tour was announced

Not on the album charts. James and Shed Seven both scored their first ever number one studio albums this year and other bands have been number one this year. The albums do struggle with longevity though
  15. Don’t mind Post Mallone but I can’t stand Morgan Wallen
  16. Beyoncé dueting with Willie Nelson apparently, will be curious to see how that song does
  17. Did Dion have his first hits in the 50’s or does he not count as he was in a group at the time
  18. 13 year gap for the Hoff, If I Could Only Say Goodbye in 1993 and then Jump In My Car in 2006
  19. I think there’s going to be a lot of interest in Bob Marley with the film coming out next week and his grandsons song can only benefit from that so I’m thinking YG Marley for number one soon
  20. 76- USA For Africa- We Are The World
  21. March is looking very busy for albums
  22. Looking that how well “Unwritten” is doing, I have to wonder if Poketful Of Sunshine would have been a big hit if Tik Tok had been about when Easy A came out
  23. What is this Richy Mich And The Miners- Evergreen “song” at 49 on Spotify right now?
  24. Looks like Vernon Kay raving about KT Tunstall’s version of “Mele Kalikamaka” on his radio 2 show earlier has had a big impact as it’s currently number 13
  25. Fairytale of New York is number one on Apple
