Ellie and Craig David are performing much better on apple music's charts then they are on spotify, I would love to see a spotify chart which takes in subscription streams only and not free ones

Interesting that the Frank Ocean album hasn't got any tracks you can buy individually, will be interesting to see if any of the tracks make the charts when it comes out on spotify

I don't mind that Danny L Harle, Carly Rae Jepson song- number 12 in my charts, I don't think Carly Rae Jepson get's the sucess she deserves here in the Uk despite having a number one.

It's ok but Halsey's solo stuff is far superior and it's a shame it's taken this song to get her a big hit when New Americana should have been a number one

Some chart positions which makes me think songs moved up much faster on apple music charts compared to spotify 65- Molly King- Back To You 53- Michael Buble- Nobody But Me 30- Ellie Goulding- Still Falling For You 24- Craig David- Ain't Giving up Now taking into account there are 17 Frank Ocean songs in apple music's top 20 which ofcourse aren't on spotify, if you don't count those them the positions for those 4 songs would be 48, 36, 13 and 7

Impressive by Frank Ocean especially as the album only came out late Saturday night so other albums have 2 days more sales than he has

I blame Spotify for a lot of this, Apple Music have playlists dedicated to all kinds of new music, for example they have the A List- Alternative, The A-List- Country, The A List- Hard Rock etc and also the A List- New Artists, I notice they're charts also seems a lot more fast moving then the spotify charts. I wonder if the charts would be a bit different if you didn't count free streaming on spotify or if they promoted each genre as much as Apple does

I think partly because their songs are verty catchy on first listen, radio 2 also had them as album of the week which will have helped them

I wonder if Sony buying Ministry Of Sound will see a boost for any MOS tracks which quite often have struggled on spotify, but presumably they will now appear on Sony's playlists which will help them a lot I would think

Blossoms seem to be the only British act to really breakthrough so far this year on the album charts, I''ve noticed other new acts like Jack Garrett have had one week high in the album charts but then vanished from the charts. So it does seem acts are struggling but is it down to streaming? I don't know, apple music have a New Artist playlist, does Spotify have one dedicated to new artists?

Not sure who will get the number one album this week, yesterday on Itunes Bear's Den were the highest placed artist album. Gucci Maine is doing well on apple music.

Who knows, that's the truoble, I guess the other scenario,is you take the song off the main playlists after a certain amount of weeks and just have them on more specialist ones. But even taking that into affect its still crazy how long that song has been number one for, some are saying it's because there isn't a video
