Just heard David Guetta is bringing out a new single next Monday, sounds like he's donig a "Calvin Harris", that's going to dent Ella's chances of getting a 2nd number one

Yeah I think some must have deal with itunes, Itunes won't put songs on their new releases page if they're already on spotify, but that's not affected the sales of those songs so I don't think the labels should worry about itunes antics

In America though, virtually all tracks are made available to stream as soon as the radio plays them. New One Direction song is already streaming in America. What are the chart rules in the US when it comes to streaming, are they the same as over here?

But if we going to talk about Adele, what about Emeli Sande that album was in the charts just as long as Adele's I think, and that was streaming from day one as was Ed Sheeran's debut, his new album is also doing very well Rihanna you mention, I think that last album was one her least successful albums, could be wrong though

Sam Smith is an interesting one on this, he sold very well before his album was on streaming (I think it came out in May?), it came onto streaming in July and has continued to sold very well and even went back to number one, so big question on how much streaming effects physical sales

Great to see Meghan in top 10, when it was deleted last week, I wonder if spotify messed up, as it was still on other streaming sites
