Coming Nov 26th new album by Gary Barlow- The Dream Of Christmas. Putting him up against Westlife in the album charts

Not surprised a bit of a clean up in the album charts with national album day, expect there will be a lot of new entries every week until the end of November now

I think the LP album has been pushed back to December

Singles haven't been updated here but Elton and Dua have overtaken Coldplay and BTS

Manic's still in the top 10, currently at 6. good to see them still doing well, Iron Maiden also still in top 20 but less surprising as that album is doing ok on streaming

A lot of new enteries in the album top 40 by the looks of things, except there will be quiet a few weeks a bit like that leading up to Christmas

The big question will Iron Maiden's physical sales be bigger then Drake's streams?

6 female solo artists in the album top ten and one female fronted group, that's got to be some kind of record?

Arctic Monkeys also doing well on streaming, and Bob Marley in the Summer, I'm presuming Michael Buble's Christmas album is down to streaming as well

Killers well ahead, selling more then the rest of the top 5 combined as things stand

I like Tom Odell but personally I think this is his weakest album

Tones and I's album has flopped

I'm surprised Muse aren't higher

Olivia Rodrigo going for that chart double, been a while since anyone has done that

Going to throw Gary Numan into this mix, his last album did really well, he should do well on physical sales

Thought Rag N Bone Man could become the first artist this year to spend more then one week at the top of the album charts, but it appears not, wonder how long this will continue for

Stunningly it's radio 2's album of the week, so that will boost it's sales no doubt

I'm hearing that song by Ashe and Finneas on Radio 2 a lot and I'm a little surprised that's not made the charts

The album charts is crazy, we have about 15-20 albums in the top 40 that refuse to leave and not a single album spending more then a week at number one so far this year

My sister's 2nd album is band new at 13 on the official Americana charts

So BTS are number one on itunes but only several songs on Spotify's chart, wonder how that will impact their album position on Friday with the likes of Neil Diamond and Michael Ball/Alfie Boe doing better physically no doubt

My personal chart is usually dominated by female artists of all areas, an older male acts, my last two number 1's have been Demi Lovato and Stevie Wonder
