I enjoyed reading these will you be continuing?
  2. Of course Justin is using a charity single to get a hit after his flop album. I don’t believe this is genuine at all.
  3. Not that I like Katie Hopkins but her twitter video ripping into Amanda for this is hilarious and accurate.
  4. The charity songs are becoming ridiculous now. That Heroes cover at 16 is complete garbage.

There are new pictures of him in the press today, apparently still alive and smiling.

Has anyone read the full Ireland staging plan? It seems to be much more severe than any of the European countries and I’m not quite clear as to why. Should that plan be followed by the UK then there is no possibility we will recover from the job losses and economic devastation.

I have read through the timeline and restrictions and it all seems pretty grim. In regards to the below I don’t understand how you can social distance in a nightclub or at a festival? Open pubs, bars, nightclubs, casinos, where social distancing and strict cleaning can be complied with Festivals, events and other social and cultural mass gatherings only in accordance with both indoor and outdoor numbers and where social distancing can be complied with.

I can’t see people sticking to the no friends and family rules if football is allowed to start up even if it is behind closed doors. The list thing is also ridiculous, it could not logistically work. I am hoping they just go with no more than ten can gather like other countries are doing it is the fairest option.

I have a question in regards to the new normal that they refer to and it may be a stupid question. As a single person living alone and the fact they are saying social distancing could go on to the end of the year, will people be able to meet friends and family I really do not understand what level of social distancing is being implied for the foreseeable. This is a concern of mine that causes so many sleepless nights.

A report put out by the Swedish Public Health Agency a couple of days ago estimates that the effective rate of infection in Sweden as of the 25th April was 0.85. https://www.folkhalsomyndigheten.se/content...tion-number.pdf

Cases in France have dropped heavily only 168 new cases today and 218 deaths. The situation has really improved in Italy too but France has seen by far the biggest improvement.

There is a chart shown at the briefings that splits out test results between hospital admissions and essential workers. The hospital admissions positives are way down and the key workers positives outweighs this now. Many of these key workers may have mild symptoms. There were 80,000 tests yesterday compared with 20,000 a couple of weeks ago. The peak is assessed on hospital admissions and deaths rather than positive cases I would think.

Raab is awful and not someone the public would feel comfort from in a time of crisis he is completely devoid of any personality or empathy.

As I posted this it was announced a few hours later it’s likely to be cancelled now.

I agree they lied and failed to deliver. And as per one of my earlier posts Russia have now done 3.4 million tests in a short time frame why are we not able to do the same

The user is extremely childish and looking to antagonise which you would see if you read their posts.

From the daily briefing we will get a roadmap next week. The R in London is between 0.5-0.7, interesting as this is currently a lower rate than Germany.

There are no days to count down when there isn’t an end point and this wasn’t what I was questioning in the first place. It is clear you can’t hold a proper discussion so I am ending this discussion now.

Haven’t watched for a few weeks now but hoping they can at least have a good end point to the story if they go off air.

How many weeks of episodes are left? As sad as this is I am stock piling them and watching slowly as I don’t want them to run out.

Apparently they have had the most number of applicants for any season for the upcoming summer season. Seems to be driven by people being at home. I have read they want to film in late August. Whether this will be able to go ahead remains to be seen.

The announcement is not expected on Thursday that’s when they start their review so the extension of the lockdown is likely to be announced on Monday 11th May.

Boris announced the lockdown for 3 weeks on 23rd March. The next lockdown was then not announced until 3 weeks and 3 days later on 16th April where it was then announced the lockdown would be in place for a further 3 weeks which takes you to Thursday 7th May. This is however a review date not when the lockdown is extended until. My point is I have seen many posts online and speaking to people where they do not understand the additional days added on to the 3 weeks so we have effectively had two 3 weeks of lockdown that covers 7 weeks. Apologies but I am really not clear how this is hard for people to understand the point I am making.
