Girls Aloud's promotion for Ten was quick, but fine. Remember, Strictly and CIN both trounced X Factor ratings-wise. The "8 Year Old Song" was to promote the Greatest Hits. And although the documentary wasn't advertised at all, it's had an effect, obviously the album is up 10 places in the midweeks.

Girls Aloud have been missing from all these polls, weird.

I'm hearing that, instead of being released today, the single release has been delayed until mid-late January. This is why Graham Norton/LiveLounge spots concentrated more on the old hits rather than new single. Phew. It needs a proper EP and promotion anyway to give it a chance, and January shall be quieter.

I'm glad Stay is doing well, she sang it flawlessly too. Does anyone else remember Rihanna was rubbish live on TV? I went to see her last year in concert and she sounded excellent, then every live performance since she's sounding better and better. Maybe she got some vocal lessons in 2011?
