I’m guessing the lead single will be released a week before the album? I have a feeling the lead will be released THIS Friday (16th) followed by the album on the 23rd? Adele is also apparently releasing her fourth album in Q4; a mid-late November release is apparently being eyed by her team. The lead from that will be released a month prior so expect that next Friday or on the 30th.

Ariana Grande has confirmed that her sixth studio album will be released this month; rumoured to be Friday 30th October. Could the second week sales for that pose a threat for Kylie/ Little Mix.

Yes but you implied that it wouldn’t air the week before the albums release.. I think it’s actually better to have a break this weekend and then have consecutive shows that encompass the albums release (and after it too). Also Little Mix will definitely win this battle.

The Search will not be broadcast this Saturday (17th Oct) and the live shows will instead begin on the 24th Oct; so it hasn't lost "one week before the album" like you suggested.

Loving Wonder by Shawn Mendes- I think it could be pretty big.

Blinding Lights looking good for a year in the top-forty then? 2 months to go... Overjoyed that Joji looks to claim a U.K. top-ten album!

Apologies I wasn’t aware. It’s just that it looks like you make some good points but I find it hard to understand them. I’ll try harder from now on.

New remix of Savage Love featuring BTS is out this Friday... interested to see what kind of boost this will give the song in the U.S considering it only reached the lower regions of the US Billboard Hot 100 top-ten

Have you heard of grammar?

NOT liking the new Dustbin Bieber track. He has evaporated all the goodwill he got after the Purpose era this year!!

OK.

Ah well I, and a number of others, seem to like it :)

Just popping in to implore everyone to listen to David Guetta & Sia’s Let’s Love for a serotonin-charged buzz

Let’s Love deserves to be number one for the rest of the year IMO.

Just popping in to say that David/Sia’s Let’s Love (which I actually misheard as That’s Love when listening to it for the first couple of times) is sound glorious in the heat today! I hope everyone enjoys the weather today! Also sounding great today is Watermelon Sugar, Lasting Lover, and of course the gorgeous Midnight Sky.

JUSTICE FOR CARDIGAN! In a parallel universe it would have been number one until Christmas.

New David Guetta/ Sia is EASILY the track of the year for me.. it’s so instant and perfect!

Yay!

Yes and also like Break Up Song too! I love it nonetheless and hope it makes a dent in the charts a la Flames and Titanium.

Mood for number one soon but happy to have WAP there for at least another 2/3 weeks. Anyone heard the new David Guetta/Sia track? I really like it.

Don't like the new Drake track at all. It doesn't seem to be reaching the heights of his previous lead singles (God's Plan, One Dance).

Side note: Justin Bieber could be releasing something next Friday. He mysteriously tweeted "one week" earlier today...

Diplo deserves more UK chart success!

Sassy!

Totally agree, but surely the label have pushed her into releasing one (hopefully by November time) as Midnight Sky looks to be huge around the globe!
