Another post that is quite ridiculous and downright wrong. I am mid-20s for a start. I already explained the reason for my dislike of Britney before, it's nothing to do with age. I don't think it automatically follows that you're over 30, you'll hate Britney. If you have taste perhaps...
With regards to Sheryl Crow, you're basing the argument that I'm a loon on the one statement that she was one of my favourites? You can actually be a fan of the artist without being a loon you know.
And as Severin said, what does it matter when she last had a big hit? Big hits mean nothing, if they were an indication of anything, Westlife would be one of the best bands in the world! In the specific case of Sheryl, she's still releasing music. Only last week she brought out her new album. And even if she HAD retired, who cares? Frankly I'd much rather listen to a piece of good music from "100 years ago" (or the 1990s) than listen to a pile of crap from 2009 from a blonde vacant idiot farting out generic "hit" after generic "hit".
Back to the results; I'm quite pleased to see Alicia Keys so high up, she is on an incredible run right now. And P!nk is a thoroughly worthy winner in my eyes! A popstar with substance.
Well on stage Britney does better, can't deny the heavy dancing.

What utter ridiculousness.I gave her my bitchslap, purely because I don't like her. I don't think she's a particularly good pop star, and I haven't liked any of her output since 2004. I find her ridiculously over-hyped, and with the exception of Tyler, much of her fanbase are utter loons.
My favourites were the likes of Alanis Morissette and Sheryl Crow, and I don't think anyone's going to argue that they occupy the same ground as Britney, so it's hardly as if they're rivals/threats.
Based on your language and sentencing I predict that your over 30 and will obviosly dislike brit, but some people my age(teen) will bitch slap her because she is a threat to their favourites. FYI i'm not a loon, you are, Sheryl Crow, when was the last time she had a big hit, 100 years ago.
