The way I've been so hyped for this But ugh this is so good! Exactly the sort of fun, non-pretentious pop we needed. I wish it had come out last year when 2 die 4 and Nothing On But The Radio were all over TikTok so it could've actually had its moment, but I can definitely see myself coming back to this a lot. The only inessential track is Obsessed but I'm loving everything else ('it could've been you' is not getting the flowers it deserves!).

I think my proudest would have to be When In Rome - The Promise, I really loved how much people connected with it and of course it being my first/only top ten helps! I'd also say Mahawam - Hoping No One Notice since I'd written it off as a no-hoper but it turned into my biggest hit at the time and got a little bit of hype.

The official cover is miles better than the promo image imo. The official one is way more in-your-face and using The Birth Of Venus really captures the whole "putting art in pop culture" concept. That promo image is nice enough but it's too beige and tame for an album that's proclaiming to be a huge bold, brash event.
