'Kings and Queens' hit #10 this week on the Dutch top40. A bit weird to think that out of the actual singles (SBP, SAI, Torn and Salt), 'Torn' is the only one that didn't do anything and yet it's my personal favorite (and also not any less commercially appealing than the others). I think 'Torn' deserves a re-release now there's revived interest in her. The album cover is horrendous and so are most of the song titles but we'll see what this album has to offer. I also just listened to the singles on headphones and I must admit they sound better listening to them... not with headphones on.

Same actually. It used to be one of my favorites on The Sound of Girls Aloud.

This is by far and away her best album nn. 'Witness', 'Mind Maze', 'Roulette' and 'Bigger Than Me' are the holy quadrangle (if that's a word). The 3 singles are also all amazing. I could do without the 3 ballads tho.

Sex positive is one thing but call me old and grumpy but I'm not sure this song is what early teens should be listening to or see as #1 on the charts. Can't believe they allow the explicit audio on YT. To be honest as a teen I listened to Lil' Kim's debut album which is just as nasty but at least ''back in the day'' you didn't feel so exposed to the whole sexualized image because there was no social media. #exitgrandpamode Agreed! Not sure why I'm reading everywhere that Megan owns this track. Is it 'cause she raps faster? Faster does not mean it's better. I mean of course I understand people will prefer Megan's raps, but I don't think she's overshadowing Cardi at all.

A chance to make the song more interesting! Good decision. Can't blame him but daddy Diddy turns out to be a generous king.

I've watched someone play it in a YT video and must admit it does seem like a lot of fun.

I can't like her because I think she's trying too hard, but I can't deny that almost all her songs are bops. I still maintain that 'Sweet but Psycho' is actually her weakest release.

This is my exact order as well although I really like the top 3. 'Break Free' is too banal for me and 'Bang Bang' never had my interest.

It better be a bop because 'Money' and 'Press' were not it.

'Baby Mama' is a nice single. I especially love Chance's verse.

NRO, HIH and 'Daisies' are great songs so I'm looking forward to the release. I hope the rest of the songs are not like 'Smile'.

I really don't get this song. It's short, has 2 'blink and you missed it' verses and no bridge, the chorus is repeated 4 times, of which each one is basically the same lines twice, and on top of that none of it is really interesting? Who thought this should be the finished product, let alone be recorded. Got forbid be put on the album and even released as a single. And 12 people have writing credits on this? That's almost as many people as there are unique lines. The worst thing is, it's not even that bad. Just very, very vanilla.

I have no idea tbh! I just looked at Wiki which says 9. Agreed. But I assume/hope the re-release will be a separate release on Spotify.

I don't know if this was a serious comment but Shania Twain's 'Come on Over' had 12 singles. Also, personally I don't think it really ''counts'' if you keep re-releasing and adding tracks.

lkjadagh I just learned 'Hallucinate' is a single and then I find this thread where the first post is about a month old. I think this is a better single choice than 'Hallucinate' but they should've given it more time or not have bothered with it - but it's a cheap quick lil' hit with a video for which she didn't even have to blink... it brings the money I guess.

I don't think this is a good single choice. This is a bit too nondescript. Still good but nothing that makes you want to turn the volume up. I may be biased because they're my favorites but I wish she went with either 'Cool' or 'Love Again'. Neither sound like future #1s but at least they stand out.
