I don't like the fact he's smashing BBTM and CFMF in the video. Liike gurl, that album and that song got you where you are right now and got you that P1 you're driving in and now you're gonna discredit that work? In my eyes that's losing much more credibility than making that record in the first place. Anyway, the song's a smash and it's looking to be HUGE in the US.

'Man Down' is her best track. Love the lyrics, the video and the execution. Love the reggae vibe with the electro-undertone. Low-peaks worldwide is not exactly true as it was a huge hit in some European countries with good taste :D, including my country (Netherlands) where it peaked at #3. It was even a #1 hit in France!

'One Foot In'. Strange choices for most albums. I missed the other rounds but I think 'One Foot In' is the only one I would've chosen myself.

I'm not blown away but I really like it. I had the urge to play it twice (despite being late for class), so that must count for something? It's already blowing up on US iTunes. My 3 faves all releasing albums this year and somehow I'm still alive ⚰

Stunning! Apparently there are 18 tracks on the album (please let it be 18 full tracks, I don't like interludes they're too indie and 90's for me).

I'm thankful she's not doing 9-minute pretentious videos anymore but this video isn't much better. The editing was not really my cup of tea. I also finally came to the decision I don't like the key change but at the same time the last minute of the song is the best part.

'What Now' is glorious just for the YT reactions alone. ''When you eat all the food in your refrigerator and have no money'' ''When you ran out of series to watch and have tons of homework need to be done'' ''When u want to have sex but u got no condoms'' I also really like the exorcism styled video. It's so weird. Really elevated the song for me.

Was 'Work' played a lot on UK radio? On Dutch radio I only heard it during the top 40 so they were forced to play it.

I feel the same way but about MOTS instead of AGLM. AGLM has too many limp ballads at the end of the album but I do like most of the other tracks.

'We All Want Love' is awful though! The only track I always skip.

She has been absent for so long in the pop world that I thought it would be impossible for her to have a successful comeback, but with this song she might be able to pull it off? I think it'll be a bit of a slow burner. I don't know how I feel about the song yet personally. It's definitely intriguing.

I'm also gonna go with 'Loud' because it has a lot of hits. I thought 'Only Girl' was a great comeback single and hearing 'Man Down' on the radio (I hadn't listened to the album yet) for the first time was such a MOMENT. Hearing 'Man Down' was the moment I fully realized that Rihanna was much cooler than the other pop girls, as none of the others would be able to pull something like that off. It's still my favorite Rihanna song to this day.

Agreed. Although mix albums like 'Talk That Talk' and 'Unapologetic' work for me. I'm happy for her she got to do what she wanted but throwing away a smash pop hit when it could have been on the album instead of a useless interlude is a big no (yes I'm still pressed she Rihjected 'Cheap Thrills' for ANTI).
