Omg ikr, I think I've done 10 or so battles and have only won with Isabelle twice and I think just got lucky spamming the fishing rod on someone who was worse than me
I'm actually not doing too bad now that I'm playing with Yoshi. My smash power is around 1.6 million for now.
With Isabelle and Sonic my smash power had dropped to 49k and 39k .

I'm really addicted. I have 60+ hours in it already . Good thing there are holidays now.
I haven't found THE character for me yet. They all have their perks and flaws. I use a lot of characters like Diddy Kong, Bowser Jr. (even though he's supposedly the worst in the tier list), Little Mac (but awful recovery), King Dedede, King K. Rool, Bowser, Incineroar, Jigglypuff, Kirby, Cloud, Marth, Ike, Corrin, Yoshi, Peach, Wario, Sonic, Inkling and Greninja.

No, no, NO! What she really should have done is released 'If You Go', that was the killer song waiting to be released!
Realistically though, I think we can safely say what really killed that campaign/her career was 'Me And My Imagination'. She didn't really stand a chance after that flopped so I don't think it really mattered in the end what the 3rd single was.
Preach!
'Trip the Light Fantastic' was such a good album. Still her best.

It's really fun. Of the previous smashes I only had Melee. It's nice to see that the characters from Melee still have the same attacks, so that it didn't take me that long to get used to.
You start with 8 characters so there's some serious dedication needed to unlock all the characters. You have to win against them to unlock them. It can be frustrating when you lose against a character you really want. I already lost to Bowser, Wii Fit Trainer (wtf is she even doing in a Smash game I almost gagged when I saw that bish up in my screen), Sonic, Ice Climbers, Peach, Lil' Mac, Jigglypuff and Isabelle. All these gay icons kicking my ass .

Having said that, I can't see it having any replay value for me. It's not that the games are easy which has put me off, but as obviously a big Pokemon fan I just find the amount that's been cut out pretty jarring. I keep thinking of moves that could be good on my team, only to remember they've been taken out  The movesets are quite limiting, I also keep thinking of held items, of course they can't be used in this game, and my head is programmed to abilities (I keep not using Dig on the Gastly and Koffing lines when they'd go down so easily to a Nidoking Dig).
Wow I didn't even know all these things were cut from the game. The ones coming next year better be vastly different.

I think like Dexton said it's also the experience of playing on a home console, I should not be so loyal to Pokemon they don't deserve it  Idk I've just had every main game and as I was getting a Switch I just thought "ah f*** it" ffs
I feel you. I think what makes it easier for me to skip this one is that I never owned a 3DS so I never played the 6th and 7th generation of Pokémon either. I'm not as attached to the franchise as I used to be.
(not excluding the possibility that I might pick it up in a few months or so after all)
I'll blame myself when this creeps into Gen 8 x:lol:

Impulse bought a Black Friday Switch, and I've ended up caving and getting this with it ffs  Half "I've played every other main game" and half I kinda want see the feel of it for myself, plus it's nice to have a few games with it (it comes with Odyssey and Mario Kart 8 and I'm deffo getting Smash with my work discount when it's out!).

You're most similar to:
AMLO
Mexican president
Andrés Manuel López Obrador was elected earlier this year on pledges to fight corruption, moderate the 'war' on drugs, and champion 'the forgotten people'.
You're least similar to:
Donald Trump
US president
Donald Trump is the president of the US. He has repeatedly failed to condemn radical rightwing activists, and for a time employed Steve Bannon on his presidential team.
I don't even know the one I'm most similar to .
My score is on the left-wing side which I didn't expect.

Yeah I've seen a lot of that, I'm properly watching one but have dipped into others and the partner Pokemon moves are soooo OP, like Pikachu has one that always goes first and always crits, Eevee has so many broken ones  It has loads of 90 base power moves for different types that mimic moves like Reflect, Light Screen, Leech Seed and Aromatherapy, or are guaranteed to burn/paralyse. There are others saying "it gets a bit harder than you think" but it feels like despite that, they've basically made it so you cannot lose with the partner Pokemon. I guess you can just not teach them those moves or only use them when absolutely needed, but then they both have really lacking movepools and you wouldn't want that as your main Pokemon. Besides, even if you don't, in the case of Brock's gym you kind of have to catch Oddish to be able to have any chance and then you end up (if you have Pikachu version) with two Pokemon that make it easy to just blitz Misty. I guess a lot of it comes down to whether you use the ridiculous buffs they give you, but most people will :lol:I agree about the re-playability too, like it's definitely cute but as I said the graphics actually aren't that great once the novelty of "aww Pikachu riding on your shoulder" wears off. You aren't going to want to replay every time and be almost forced to use the same starter and do the same really easy gyms. For a game that costs like £50, it should have a bit more to it and a bit more replay value.
And then they have that annoying thing where they ''hang on'' with 1 HP left, or shake off poison, so that you won't worry/cry or whatever :eyeroll:. Watching a bit of the walkthroughs is enough for me with this game. There are just too many things annoying me for me to buy this atm.
But luckily Smash Bros. is coming out in a little over 2 weeks!
