I missed this for a few weeks and now I don't know what's going on. What happened to Katy? I miss the girl's FANTASTIC acting!

    Clever clever.

I wouldn't know anything about that. :teresa: Seriously, i was talking like 'Wow! Test Icicles said it so it must be true' I never even heard of them! It's like reading back an old diary. *cringe*

Really quite terrifying. I'm definitely more pro-life than pro-choice. That's not to say I'm 100% against abortion, in certain circumstances. But kids treating abortion as a form is contraception is ridiculous and makes me want to leave this country forever. If they made it illegal, it might make these girls think twice. Or it might just result in a lot of little neglected kiddies, i don't know. It makes me sad though.
  5. I hate that she's changed We Get On from the original piano version she did on the radio or whatever it was. And a few others on the album have been changed from the original demos aswell. It's made the album less of a favourite for me than i thought it'd be. :( I was really looking forward to having this, now I'm just like 'meh'. I'm glad to see her at number 1 though.

FAVE - Darren Hayes WORST - Mario

I'm embarrassed to have started this topic. Not that i like mcfly less but I've come to accept that they'll probably never be seen as credible now, considering the amount of stunts their label has pulled to try to sell more albums. Who even are Test Icicles anyway? Oh dear.
  8. I was disappointed to see the single top 10 midweek then fall 10 places. Looks like my 10 copies didn't make much of a difference then. (kidding :D) Although i do know of some people who did buy about 10. I am excited about the album though. I've heard a good few of the leaks and they're all very impressive.

I think you're fighting a losing battle here, sweetheart. You remind me of me a few years ago. I just let them get on with it now. I did however panic a bit when i had all these topic reply notifications for loads of mcfly topics (considering i hadn't visited here in months). I thought they'd split up or something! :o

    Lmfao. They sucked.
  11. His 2nd solo album is the best thing he's done, imo. I'm not keen on this fascination he has with this electronic $h!te though.

    Innit. B)
  13. It's channel 4, they'll repeat it sooner or later anyway... What I find interesting is that nobody would comission a programme in this day and age revealing scandal or discrepancies in the quran, for example.
  14. Bianca Gascoine! WHY is she in my life?

There's no point in trying to argue in mcfly's favour against these people anyway. They're too stupid to take anything in. Poor them. :(

I get all worried and confused about the whole gay thing when it comes to religion. Like....what if someone has a kind heart and has never hurt a person in their life, and never has evil thoughts towards others. And they just happen to be gay? Does this make them bad? Will they be condemned to hell? And if god didnt want people to be gay why did he just like...not programme some of them to be gay? I used to believe in a christian god but I'm totally doubting it right now.

My point exactly. Some people only seem to think people are entitled to opinions if their opinions are the same as theirs. I know. I was referring to your comment that ticket sales will drop if singles dont sell well.

I've never heard anything so obnoxious in all my life! If you don't like reading comments that aren't in agreeance with your views, just dont open the thread. Get a ****ing grip. And don't 'ewww' me.

I like them. I think they're talented and are a harmless popband. They definitely don't deserve the criticism they get.

That'll be why their 2007 tour sold out in 2 hours then. ^_^

I don't see what the big deal is. It's not their fault anyway, their record company will be up their arses all the time trying to push them to sell more. And with the album doing quite badly, I actually feel very sorry for them as i do for other pop bands signed to a massive money grabbing label. They may well be desperate but it's not their fault! Anyway whatever, their album is actually a very good piece of pop music.

Well the first one looks and sounds like a right weirdo. Someone showed me his myspace....
  23. Uggh. They should lighten up! Christ.
  24. Did you eve read the article? They said they'd never release an album of covers. At least they're trying, unlike westlife.

This might already have been said, I don't know. But I was reading about these girls who were killed in the paper and they were just normal girls, with lives and kids and some of their families didn't even know they were prostitutes. My opinion of prostitutes has totally changed after this. I feel so sorry for them. I mean, how desperate would anyone have to be to turn to prostitution? I think in general, the police should be supporting and helping prostitutes not making themselves enemies.
