When the song is on ACR, does its streaming sales get halved in counting sales for BPI certifications too or do they only get halved in charts ?

Lighter was released on the same day as Holiday and still is nowhere near the top 10 of HH despite being in the top 5 of Spotify's chart for like 16-17 days now.

So how do they decide the placements then ? For ex - how is a song like Little Mix's Holiday already in the top 10 of Hot Hits UK despite being around the 50s range in Spotify's UK chart since its release ? But Lighter which was released at the same time is only 33 in Hot Hits UK despite being in top 5 of Spotify's UK chart for over 10 days at this point ?

Can anyone explain this ?

How's Lighter still at only 33 in Hot Hits UK even after having two weeks in top 5 ?

My Future is not showing up on Spotify chart website (top 200).

If it was without KSI then it wouldn't be so high in the chart though.
