I didn't think I liked it on first listen but I have not been able to get that chorus out of my head since. This is going to be massive.
  2. Love it. You can definitely hear Ed's influence.
  3. Share It All was written with Romy from The xx. She wrote her next single 'Say You Love Me' with Ed Sheeran.
  4. The album's leaked, almost 3 months before it's scheduled release.
  5. So FINALLY some album news... They're scheduled to release their third album, Super Critical, on 20th October 2014. 1 Super Critical 2 Daughter 3 Do It Again 4 Wrong Club 5 Wabi Sabi 6 Only Love 7 Communication 8 Green Poison 9 Failure Super Critical and Only Love are pre-order singles too.
  6. Sexotheque and Paradise Is You have leaked. As did Kiss and Not Tell but it's almost instantly vanished without a trace. Sexotheque has the best hook so far from Trouble. Paradise is a beautiful mid-tempo number.

  9. HURTS - Better Than Love (looked to be doing okay in the midweeks and was in the 20s but by Sunday I don't think it even scraped the top 50. Gutted it's such an amazing song) MIKA - From 2009 onwards! In my opinion he brings an album that is far better musically than LICM and for some reason EVERYTHING flops, both the album and all singles that have been released!
  10. HALLELUJAH, Cosmic Love has FINALLY made it into the MTV Rocks chart!
  11. Thank you so much SweetDreams, I always miss MTV's Charts!
  12. Any chance of including the MTV Rocks top 10? :)
  13. Why has the winner still not been announced?

Are you going? Are you excited?
  19. I am surprised! They've gone just a little electro! I was just listening to the second track, 'Little Miss Naughty' and I thought it was a completely different artist! I'm on track 6 at the minute and it's very . . . forgettable!
  20. I like this song! The video is by far her best! I don't think it'll do that well chartswise though, top 20 at most?
  21. Devastated Blinding isn't in the top 10! The production of that song and the lyrics are mind blowing! Easily one of the highlights of her live shows!

I reckon it'll be a little earlier than late 2010/early 2011, because she finished her recording sessions for the second album in January 2010. Maybe it'll be a late summer/early autumn release, with a massive single in the summer to precede it.
  23. 08 Guns & Horses 09 Starry Eyed 07 This Love (Will Be Your Downfall) 08 Under The Sheets 10 The Writer 06 Everytime You Go 05 Wish I Stayed 10 Your Biggest Mistake 11 I'll Hold My Breath 09 Salt Skin iTunes Bonus Track: 10 Lights

  25. 2010 Albums: Vampire Weekend: Contra - 8/10 (Not a bad track on the album, some very good festival tunes!) Marina & The Diamonds - 9.5/10 (A Highlight of the first quarter, sensational talent! Oh No!, Girls, Are You Satisfied? and Numb are perfect) Ellie Goulding - 10/10 (Definitely lived up to the hype, sensational debut! The Writer, my most favourite track!) MGMT - Congratulations - 4/10 (Huge disappointment, I know it's not meant to be anything like Oracular Spectacular, but it's not at all memorable, the only half decent track is 'I Found A Whistle' Alphabeat - The Beat Is... - 6/10 (Good, some high points 'Hole In My Heart' & 'Always Up With You', but I can't listen to it without comparing to This Is Alphabeat which was stunning! Delphic - Acolyte - 7/10 - (Really like this band but I find myself not wanting to actually put the album on but will happily listen on shuffle! Halcyon, Red Lights and Doubt are highlights) Diana Vickers - Album Taster - 10/10 (Maybe a little cheat as it's not a complete album, but these 5 songs are absolutley stunning, had them on repeat constantly! Can't wait for 3rd May to hear the full album!) Goldfrapp - Head First - 3/10 (The first 3 tracks are good and then it goes downhill, and fast!) Owl City - Ocean Eyes - 0/10 (Oh dear me, after hearing Fireflies incessantly for the past few months, I started to convince myself that I actually liked it, so stupidly I bought the album! It's just dull song after dull song, as though simply changing words over the same monotonous melody. HATE!)
