It may have broke an Itunes record but by means of number 1 in amount of countries and sales it has yet to break any records, if you would like to say otherwise then please do so :)

In comparison Madonnas 4 mintues was number 1 in 25 countries, Hung up in 47 countries Riannas Umbrella number 1 in 24 countries, even Bad Romance was number 1 in 23 countries. 18 is no big deal....it certainly has floped this way in the UK, only the video can help now, down to 8 in midweeks, i can see it dropping out top 10 by sundays chart.

Do video sales on Itunes count towards chart posistions?

Yeah and she also said that BTW will be like nothing anyone has heard before and she also said that Madonnas gave her her blessing, but that has been denied by Madonnas rep! Gaga lies... fact!

So far BTW has only gone to number 1 in 8 countries.... so cant really be considerd as being a world wide hit. I dont the video will make much difference TBH, its getting plenty of air play here in the UK, its just not number 1 material. So glad Adele is storming the charts again this week. Its gunna stay at number 1 for sure :)

I hope Gaga doesnt get number 1 with BTW, its doesnt deserve it. I cant see the video making much difference. Its all very samey with Gaga, people are getting fed up with her now.

Im sorry if i was misunderstood, but I was refering to the initail hype over the release of BTW. With all the promo on the net and news etc people know its out there, i dont think it will sell as much as it has already over this short period of time. We will see.

Thats all it is purly by name... not my talent or song. TBH I cant see the video having much impact fans snaped up their download on Fri, its been non stop on radio so general public have had chance to buy it, it may have some impact, but most who wanted to get it already have, the video wont make them buy it again.

To be honest Gagas release hasnt lived up to the hype surrounding its release, im not surprised its not doing as well as everyone expected. I think the general music public have had enough of her and her weirdness and public stunts and the fact that she really isnt that original at all. I really hope Adele gets to number 1. There really is no comparison to me and anyone with any sense would see that as well. Adele:1 lady- 1 amazing voice -1 piano - 1 performance = pure talent Gaga: 1 lady - rip off Madonna - public stunts to boost publicity- average voice Adele all the way... and if she can get number one with just the Brits then that is bloody amazing. PS: Im not a Gaga hater, just dont understand the big fuss, there is nout special abhout her music, its her image that draws people to her.

Im still not 100% sure she is going to get it tho, The lead hasnt got her 2 number 1 all week, i think it is going to be very close.
