Girls Aloud • The Loving Kind
I feel that the girls have been incredibly lucky to reach number 10 with "The Loving Kind", especially when you consider they have not attempted the usual round of promotion (during the week of physical release). They appear to have become complacent and in a way, who could blame them (their extended run of consecutive top ten singles, out of controls unusually high album sales & a surge in popularity ). Possibly they felt that they did not need to bother with the usual push . A good song does not necessarily translate into a good chart position (without any effort). I hope that they can learn from this.

Sorry, yes, I know vinyls can count towards sales but i did not think this would because of where it was purchased from (G.A website sales arent counted right ?)

Girls Aloud • The Loving Kind
I have purchased all the available mixes of TLK including a mix via Amazon and the physical single (& the picture vinyl). Im doubtful the latter will count towards sales though.
