  1. Gosh I  this song! On first hearing this song had me hooked. This may be my favourite song by Robin Thicke, and Estelle is the perfect woman to feature on this song :) . Great chorus!
  2. Thanks Addy! I didn't see that before! Dozey me... I wondered why'd mine had turned out bigger than everybody else's :P ... Haha. I'll refer to that in my chart next Monday.

I've been listening to a lot of new songs this week and a lot have grown on me, so next week's chart could experience a massive shift around! :P Other songs to watch out for: B.O.B. ft. Bruno Mars - Nothing On You (I'm surprised how much I like this!) Chris Brown - Crawl Christina Aguilera - Not Myself Tonight

Nice, meaningful song :) . I still  "The Boy Is Mine" with Brandy. I'm quite surprised that she hasn't been more successful since then as she's pretty talented. I  the video though --> her dresses are amazing! Alexander McQueen was a true fashion legend!

I like the video :) . Its quirky and unique. However, the song is average for me. At the moment I'm so-so regarding "Acapella", but it could potentially grow on me, although it has failed to do thus far. Songs tend to grow on me quite late, e.g. "Pass Out" and Fireflies" both did, and now I'm quite avid fans of both of them :) . So "Acapella" may follow that trend.
  9. That caught me out  . I was getting quite fearful actually that I would have to wait another year for the next Xtina album! Luckily its only an April fool! :cheer: I suppose I'm too gullible when I read things on the Internet.
  10. Lindsay has an interesting character that the media love. If she releases this album with all these big-named producers, it could receive a lot of attention and potentially be successful. I wasnt a major fan of earlier stuff, but it wasnt as awful as some of the other Hollywood attempts to create pop albums, e.g. Hayden Panetierre.
  11. I don't think this is as good as "Somebody To Love". Its a happy sound, but what I like about STL is that it is so sexy! This may grow on me, but its not what I usually go for...
  12. I'm not quite getting the addictiveness you're all getting... It's a bit screechy for my liking :( . However, I may come to like it more once I've seen the video, perhaps heard it in clubs and listened to it more. Potentially a grower.
  13. This could be interesting :) . I'm liking the electro style of music that a lot of musicians are doing at the moment, so I'm going to judge it only when it comes out...

I'm interested in checking out Demi Lovato. I heard a song of her's called "Until You're Mine" that I liked on first hearing :) .

  17. Well, this surprised me! :o Potentially this could be a hit, but on the first hearing, I don't think I'm a huge fan :( . With its country-pop sound it disappoints me because I expected and wanted something in the style of hard rock. However, it may potentially grow on me. We'll see...
  18. Songs I'm looking forward to than I haven't heard yet :) : Allison Iraheta - Friday I'll Be Over You Christina Aguilera - Not Myself Tonight David Guetta & Chris Willis ft. Fergie & LMFAO - Gettin' Over You (This must be different to the album version as that does not contain Fergie and LMFAO... Particularly looking forward to this because the album version is AMAZING! ). Gorillaz - Superfast Jellyfish Meat Loaf - Los Angeloser Robin Thicke ft. Estelle - Rollacoasta Toni Braxton - Yesterday 30 Seconds To Mars - This Is War
  19. I agree. But perhaps its because his voice is a little bland for my liking? The music is really catchy, but I don't think his voice is strong enough. For some reason, he reminds me of Lloyd off X-Factor  . No idea why! I don't mind if he's trying to be the new Sam Sparro, but if he is, then he's likely to be more successful imo. And let's hope he's not trying to be the new Gary Glitter. We don't want him to abuse children in Vietnam :( .
  20. I  this song on first hearing! This would be great to listen to in two instances: when you're angry because it has ATTITUDE :naughty: , and in the clubs because the music is so catchy. I remember her from earlier in the 2000s and didn't think she was special, but now my mind has been changed. If marketed and promoted well, this could potentially be a popular song leading into the summer. Also, its VERY sexy! :P

Imo, she should have released "Put It In A Love Song" featuring Beyonce! Pretty much any song with Beyonce in is a guaranteed hit, and the song is just so damn catchy! It would have the potential to be a great spring/summer hit, and a great song to dance to in the club  . I athink "For Your Entertainment" could be HUGE! I always seem to see it on the music channels even though I very rarely watch them. Potential #1 imo.

:nono: I'm going to have to disagree with you guys on this... I think this is one of the most dire songs I've heard so far this year! I'm actually surprised that so many people like it! I just don't think its catchy at all. The lyrics sound like they've been written by a 4-year-old, particularly the chorus. I do like Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj though. Not too fond of the others.
  24. Dirty Picture >>> Break Your Heart! Crikey! This is one of the catchiest songs I've heard at the beginning of this year! When the beat kicks in, its insane! Should be a great club song too... :dancing: I can see this doing well. Perhaps going top 10, but I'm taking a safe guess and saying top 20. Hopefully it'll do the former though :-) . I think its his best song since "Come On Girl". He should stick to that sound imo.
  25. I don't mean to be a blind hater  but I just don't like Justin Bieber whatsoever! Admittedly, the song isn't horrible, but there's something about him that I can't put my finger on, which I dislike intensely. Its not that his voice is very bland (there are some people with bland voices, whose music I like). Maybe its his age??? Ah, I don't know... I don't like being a blind hater, but I suppose I am :snif: .
