What About Us // Single 2 // Part 2
#4 in the midweeks today. :) #1 Duke Dumont #2 PJ & Duncan #3 Pink/Nate Ruess #4 The Saturdays #5 Bastille With PJ & Duncan falling now and the girls hopefully staying stable, hopefully they can climb back up to #3 on Sunday? Unless Nelly continues to climb and/or something comes out of nowhere.

iTunes Weekly Thread W/C 31st March 2013
Hey Porsche is rubbish. Sounds like a Flo Rida rip off (and that isn't a compliment to Flo Rida either).

Radio 1 playlist predictions
Hope The Sats can get one more week, bringing them to five weeks on the A List. It's not like the song has plummeted in popularity or anything, it's holding steady and being consistent. Bastille was A Listed for a while wasn't he? Sure it was 6/7 weeks? Didn't Ellie Goulding have a long stay on the A List with Explosions too, or am I wrong? So hopefully The Sats can get one more week. Admittedly they're not as 'cool' as Bastille or Ellie, but still. :P

Sats iTunes Watch Part 2.
Ah, how far ahead is he now? I hope they can hold steady at #3 on iTunes for Sunday if they can't get to #2. :)

Gentleman // Single 3
Tulisa and Pixie both released their albums in the Christmas rush, and there were up against bigger releases (like the girls with On Your Radar). The Sats are releasing this album in the spring/summer. Big difference, even if it's just a higher peak and their normal first week album sales (18-22k) like with Headlines' release in the summer. Album sales are more important, but a higher peak will help them with people's perceptions, rather than going in top 20/just outside and having the press reports saying they're over like they did with OYR at #23.

Sats iTunes Watch Part 2.
Wish Justin would fall and let them move upto #2. I thought they were close to overtaking him?

Sats iTunes Watch Part 2.
Need U had sold 39k up to the first midweek (today). The Sats had already done 52k. Might be close but I think the girls may just hold on to the title!

ChasInc. The Saturdays
Maybe they were just simply at the same studio on the same day. Would have been amazing though.

What About Us // Single 2 // Part 2
I think they'll be #5 in todays midweek (if we get one). Pink is #5 on iTunes at the moment but when you add in her multiple versions of Just Give Me A Reason, would that put her ahead at #4? Like this: #1 Duke Dumont #2 Ant & Dec #3 Justin Timberlake #4 Pink #5 The Saturdays Still good, of course but hopefully Ant & Dec plummet now and the girls can move up a spot.

What About Us // Single 2 // Part 2
How are they doing iTunes wise? Not looking to drop like a stone/be overtaken are they? #4 is still great. Would love it to hang on there come Sunday.

Quen Rochele
The original one is much better lol.

Gentleman // Single 3
Not Giving Up On Love won't sell the album though. Sure, it might do well as a single but I think they'd rather try and push for album success now. They've more often than not played safe and it doesn't get them anywhere so perhaps they should switch it up with Gentleman. Gentleman is a risk, agreed, but I think the fact it's so different to their usual dancey output would have a better effect in getting people to notice them and interest them in the album than another dancey track will IMO. It might be a disaster, but nobody knows either way. NGUOL can be a single after the album release. :P

What About Us // Single 2 // Part 2
Third? They were A Listed the week before release... so yeah, third week I think.

What About Us // Single 2 // Part 2
So they're #3 in the mids this week. Pink on 35k, just slightly ahead of them I think. I'd love them to grab at least 6 weeks top 10 (of course I'd like more :P). Too out of reach or is that possible? Seeing Bridgit Mendler hanging around has given me a bit of confidence The Sats could do the same? I only know of that Need U 100% track being released next week so, so far they could linger in the top 10 a while yet? Of course anything can change but for now it's looking good as they've usually dived out of the top 10 or are right at the bottom of it now lol.

Sats iTunes Watch Part 2.
Yes indeed. I saw that there's like 500 copies between them. They both sold 25k (around there) Sunday to Monday, but The Sats were ahead by about 500 copies. Pink's multiple versions are really helping her. I can see her ending up at #2 by Sunday and The Sats #3. Would love the girls to stay at #2 and secure a good few weeks in the top 10 though - depends on big releases coming up. Duke Dumont and Need U will push them down next week but no idea what other big releases are coming. Beyonce soon too, of course.

What About Us // Single 2 // Part 2
Really hope it sticks around and has longevity sales and charts wise. Hopefully the early signs are there. :D

What About Us // Single 2 // Part 2
This is all too much... they went and got it in style. So proud and happy. :D

What About Us // Single 2 // Part 2
They were ok, bit meh. One par with Loose Women I think as MyDecember said. Couldn't really hear them at parts, backing track a bit too loud.
-
What About Us // Single 2 // Part 2
Hopefully Alan Carr will give them a chance to push him back down a bit.
-
What About Us // Single 2 // Part 2
Justin's been selling 9-10k all week at #2. Obviously The Sats would have done more today, they're still ahead! Even if it's just slightly up on his total for the day. Or even if he's done 8k today, they'll probably have done 9k taking them to 96k today.
-
What About Us // Single 2 // Part 2
How much have they sold each day so far?? Can't remember if I've got this right: Sun/Mon - 52k Tues - 13k (?) to put them on 65k Weds - 11k (?) to reach 76k Thurs - 11k (?) to reach 87k Fri - hopefully 10k at least to put them at 97k Sat - hopefully between 10-14k to end up on 107-111k (please let it happen!!)

Sats iTunes Watch Part 2.
Thank god Alan Carr is tonight rather than tomorrow night. Fingers crossed it keeps them up there but I can't really remember if Alan Carr has much effect?? Even a bit of a boost will do. They probably did 8-9k yesterday, so 84-85k now. But I doubt they'd go any further below selling 8/9k, since Justin's been at #2 all week selling that much??
-
What About Us // Single 2 // Part 2
Eh? Where has 33,000 come from? Or haven't you seen today's update with them at 76k? They have around 23k left to sell to make it over the 100k mark. They're on 76k now with sales from today, Fri and Saturday left to potentially cross 100k.

Sats iTunes Watch Part 2.
I think it's a definite no no that they'll make a 2nd week at the top, but hopefully grab some longevity and consistent sales and don't fall to much. I think they'll manage to hold on until tonight/early hours of tomorrow on iTunes but even if they slide to #2 they'll still sell and hopefully cross 100k if JT's been doing 8-9k since Sunday.
