Here we go then...! Another Saturdays release week...

If it's an iTunes glitch/error and to do with the US time change then surely they'd still count for next weeks sales as it was out of everyones control? iTunes/Official Charts will probably sort it. Hopefully their management and management of other artists who released EP's tonight noticed it too and find out what will happen. It would just have to happen on the night The Sats release though. Soo typical. :lol:

Indeed! Trying not to get my hopes up is hard! :P What will be will be I guess. Top 3/5 is still great and I'd be happy with that.

It depends if 1D start falling after Comic Relief but I doubt they will (hope so though!) and I think it'll be hard for the girls to overcome the 1D-Justin-Bruno top 3. In the UK I'm thinking they'll enter at #3 or #4, which is still good. This week is gonna be too much. The ups and downs of being a Saturdays fan! :P

10.30am - it's #17 in Ireland now. Had a look at 30 Days release day run again. 30 Days reached #18 at 7pm on release day, so good going so far, right?

Irish iTunes @ 9am What About Us = #47 Thought I'd have a look through older threads and see how a few of their singles were getting on in Ireland on iTunes at a similar time: 30 Days (around 9am) = #47 My Heart Takes Over (around 9am) = #145 All Fired Up Can't see anything for around 9am in the AFU thread.. the standard single mix was AWOL at this time on iTunes apparently, only the remix EP with the extended version was available on the morning of release it seems? Notorious (around 9am) = #42

Going by the TV guide synopsis for Comic Relief, it looks like the only performance is 1D with their Comic Relief single, so doubt there will be any announcement of other performers. And apparently Peter Kay is releasing a Comic Relief single Friday night (tomorrow), which will probably take off. Looks like we'll just have to hope for top 3. :P

The one week there's no big acts releasing in the same week as the girls, there's big songs in the top 2 - Bruno and JT. And now Pink looks like she might be tough to beat now she's #3 on iTunes. Typical. :P Plus JT's album is released Monday so multiple versions of Mirrors will chart which will help him stay top, right?

Not Giving Up On Love isn't the next single. The new single was confirmed by their make up artist as being a completely unheard track on the day they shot the video (this was before the Gentleman clip was shown on Chasing The Sats so that could still be in the running). I hope it isn't Gentleman though. It sounds better off as a good album track. The American accents will see them be slated and I think it would be a little too polarising as a single which they really don't need. It doesn't really sound like a Saturdays song which won't help them when it's on the radio, it doesn't sound like them. I'm not mad on What About Us but it has a bit of the Saturdays feel to it where Gentleman doesn't at all really. It's a completely different sound and direction to WAU which I don't think would help them. It also sounds like Spice Girls/Girls Aloud/Stooshe rolled into one haha. I'd love something like Britney Spears' Toxic on the album. Make it happen, Mollie!

Probably likely to be around 40-45k first week, so around a 4/5/6 chart.

There's always competition, whether it be releases in the same week or strong releases in previous weeks. Bruno Mars and Justin Timberlake (current top 2 right now) are going to be tough for the girls to beat.

What are we all honestly thinking for this? I'm gonna say top 5... #4.

I wish they'd do signings for WAU a la the 30 Days Glasgow one. Preferably London... I wanna meet them! ETA: Eeek, one week to go til we're checking iTunes every few minutes and posting the updates here constantly. Not sure if I'm looking forward to it or not haha.
