Not had confirmation but something is telling me it will be broadcast on sky arts on the same day as the cinema just read something that says funny girl in cinemas and on sky arts. Sky arts is producing it so maybe it will be the same day hope so.

Neither his twitter or Facebook are still not working. Thinking about it he's been quite for a while. Just wish we had a message or something just to say he's alright. Hope he is.

Both D's twitter and official Facebook pages seem to be not working properly. Maybe they are being updated, maybe something is going to happen soon. Wishful thinking maybe :)

Tweeted sky arts about if they have an update on when they will be showing it. I'll let you all know when they tweet me back. :D

Bit of a strange question but will it be shown on Facebook as well on the 24th because when I put funny girl into Google all the cinema venues come up but it also puts Facebook up as an event on the 24th or is that just meaning what facebook have already put up about it being in cinemas?

Just heard it will be Duncan James taking on the role of Billy flynn from 10th September for 8 weeks. Shame it's not Darius but good luck to Duncan James.

On funny girl website they have a list of cinemas it's on at but also at the bottom of the page they advertise channels as well including sky arts so maybe they will show it on there on the same day or soon. I hope so :D

I hope people don't mind me posting about a stage musical and not a movie but I was just wondering whose seen chicago the musical with Martin kemp in it and does anyone know who will be taking over from him on 5th September?

It would be great to see him go back to the musical where it all started for one last time before he went back to music :)

Just over two weeks for Martin kemp to play Billy flynn then someone else will take over. Not heard who it will be yet but I'm still hoping it will be Darius playing the role at some point before January. :D

Don't get me wrong I love all the things he does and would love it if he did another show or something like that and I'm really looking forward to seeing funny girl in the cinema. I'm just missing the music just like everyone else and I wish people who only knew him for his music knew him for other things as well and then they would know he still exists.

Singing colourblind on the karaoke last night when someone said I wonder what happened to darius you don't hear of him anymore.(which made me feel a bit embarrassed for still liking his music if I'm honest) and it Started to make me wonder whether he will ever go back to music or are we just kidding ourselves still believing that he will . It's been 12 years since he started saying he's got a new album coming out. I know he says he wants to go back to music but has he left it too long to go back to music. Maybe we should just be grateful for what we do get with the acting and producing films(which is great and I love) instead of keeping on hoping there will be a new album when I'm starting to think there might not be.:( Which makes me want to ask darius fans a question. Who still believes hand on heart that the new album will happen and be honest? I'm not sure I do anymore :( Maybe a little gig with new music will restore MY belief hint hint darius ;)
