It's 21 years ago today that D signed to mercury records 🥲

I remember me and my mum went when he came to Manchester. We arrived a bit late and we couldn't see a thing from where we were so we sneaked up to the front. The security tried to stop us but Darius spotted us and said to the security no it's alright, anyone that wants to come up to the front they can 😄.He was such a lovely man and he's very sadly missed 😟.

20 years ago today that D kicked off his Dive in tour. Happy memories as when it came to Manchester it was the first time I met him 'sort of' he came over to me and sang to me and gave me a kiss on the cheek. Does that count 😂

D was mentioned in the memorial section at last night's Oliver awards.

Thinking about D's mum today with it being mother's Day here in the UK. I know she has Aria and Cyrus( I hope they are spoiling her) but I imagine it will be quite hard not having D around. Sending love.

Who would of thought that 13 years after D won popstar to operastar he would sadly no longer be with us and neither is Bernie who was in the final with him. :( I don't mean to cause any upset with this post.

I can't believe it's been 6 months already since we lost our lovely D. I hope everyone from the Darius forum is doing ok. Sending all my love and thoughts to D's family and friends. ❤️

I just tried to listen to chrysalis to butterfly via the memories of Darius Instagram page and burst into tears. There are some things I just still can't listen to yet. I've never heard it proper but always wanted to, it seems like a beautiful song from what I did manage to listen to. As I understand he sang it on popstars. I never watched it so I'm unsure .

According to Instagram someone on the memoriesofdarius page has had a star registered in Darius's name so now D has his very own star in the sky. What a lovely thought to keep D's memory alive 🥲

I have to admit I'm still struggling to watch videos with D in them or listen to his music although I have listened to a few tracks like colourblind and the three early tracks he made which are on YouTube and I've watched the buzzcocks video and the underdog video. I'm only just starting to be able to look at photos of him again.

If it's appropriate to post I found out D and Gerard were at the fun fair when he was pictured for the final time 😟 I hope they had a good day together. I'm not 100% sure if it is being released in the U.K or whether it's just in the U.S but at least we can see the trailer and hopefully if it's not now then it will eventually be released in the U.K
