Sales Report:
SINGLES : Katy Perry's wedged in that No.1 spot and there doesn't look like much chance of budging her for the moment, though the gap between one and two is growing ever closer. Her single 'California Gurls' maintains its hold at the top with (17,679) sales.
Still in at No.2 is B.o.B. with Hayley Williams and 'Airplanes' (13,782 sales), but up to No.3 this week with a bullet is Uncle Kracker's new single 'Smile' - and it's in quite the hurry, up 12 places and with another 12,484 sales in the bag.
Enrique's also into the top five with 'I Like It', while Eminem and Rihanna's US chart topper looks like replicating its success here. It's also into the top ten with a bullet and sits just one place behind 'Not Afraid'.
Australia's love affair with former American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert continues, with his new single 'If I Had You' making it two top 20 hits in a row. It's up 16 places in only its second week on the charts, a further 4844 people snapping it up this week.
Brian McFadden's latest single 'Chemical Rush' seems like it's in a rush in the wrong direction, losing 11 places this week, but Train's single 'If It's Love' makes up 12 places to hit No.25.
Kylie loses ground again (though 710 physical sales sees her on top of the physical singles chart by a long, long way), Shakira takes 'Waka Waka' all the way to No.32, the Glee Cast are picking up 'Good Vibrations' with a top 50 debut at No.41 (2172 sales) and Justin Bieber's in at No.47 with 'Somebody To Love' (1815 sales).
Outside the top 50, Professor Green and Lily Allen score a No.52 debut with 'Just Be Good To Green' (1682 sales), Scarlett Belle drops down to No.54 with 'Closure', Train's classic 'Drops Of Jupiter' is on the verge of more top 50 success (up from No.73 to No.56) and Brandon Flowers' debut solo offering 'Crossfire' debuts at No.62 (1374 sales).
Eminem and Pink's duet 'Won't Back Down' is up to No.67, Kelly Rowland's corking single 'Commander' is back in the top 100 mix at No.71, while Charice's single 'Pyramid' debuts at No.77 (1079 sales).
Little Red's 'Rock It' rocks it at No.82 (988 sales), Michael Jackson's 'Man In The Mirror' is back into the top 100 on the first anniversary of his passing at No.87 and Bon Jovi's 1986 classic 'Livin' On A Prayer' re-enters at No.95 (867 sales).
ALBUMS : The No.1 spot is once again Eminem's for the taking this week, with further impressive sales of 17,120 copies in it's second week, taking to a total of 39,487 copies he's already sold of 'Recovery' in just two weeks.
Shock Records will be pleased with a No.2 debut for Parkway Drive - and they'll also be pleased with 11,389 sales, with debuts for The Cat Empire (5956 copies at No.3) and Miley Cyrus (4414 copies) rounding out the top four.
Michael Jackson's best-of 'Essential' is back in the top ten on the anniversary of his death, with the Scissor Sisters debuting at No.10 with their new album 'Night Work' (2847 copies).
Train's tour does the trick, with 'Save Me, San Francisco' heading up to a new peak of No.14 while Glee soundtracks Volumes 1 and 2 both surge on the back of discounting.
Jason Derulo's self-titled set is back in the top 20, the Glee 'Journey To Regionals' EP drops 15 spots, Crowded House loses 16, Ozzy Osbourne is down 21 positions, but feel sorry for The Amity Affliction - after last week's No.6 debut, their album slumps to No.40 in just its second week.
There's a debut for Celtic Woman all the way down at No.48 - their album 'Songs From The Heart' makes a top 50 splash with 1002 copies sold.
Outside the top 50, Alvin & The Chipmunks head back up to No.51 and Adam Lambert moves up 20 places to No.70.
Michael Jackson's '#1s' is back into the top 100 mix at No.72, Bon Jovi's back in at No.78 with 'Cross Road', Rihanna re-emerges at No.79 with 'Rated R' and 3OH!3 debuts at No.84 with 'Streets Of Gold' (637 copies).
Post-tour, Yusuf Islam's album 'Roadsinger' plummets from No.39 to No.90, with B.o.B. popping back in at No.92.
