It's grown on me, I think its one of their best songs now! Top 5 I reckon.

Giving my age away I was 10 years old in 1963. sitting in our living room playing with my train set. 'She loves you' came on the radio. It may sound OTT but it was almost a religious experience!!. Id vaguely heard OF them, but not heard their music.(I lived out in the sticks) It was so different at the time. I loved the song first time, saved my pocket money for weeks to buy the single. Couldn't stop taking about them to anyone that would listen.saw them on 'Ready steady go, a few weeks later(first time I'd seen them perform), Me and my sister were so excited we talked about nothing else for ages afterwards!. They appeared on 'sunday night at the london palladium' and the royal variety performance a few weeks after that(both shown on TV), and those concerts propelled them into the public conciousness, the media went wild over them and they have remained there ever since.

I love that Vid! The way he keeps chucking in the salt!..lol. and his tongue in cheek reference to the 'professional' way he taps the spoon on the side of the dish :) Paul, you are a legend mate, dont ever stop.

And the amount of live vids of them is great for a 1st generation fan like me. I still get tingles watching those live shows and the atmosphere generated! For any of you musical technical types who like to analyse Beatle songs from a musical construction POV, this site is ace(if a bit technical at times) The songs are abbreviated in the ftp list. http://www.recmusicbeatles.com/public/files/awp/ I spent a whole evening yesterday reading the analysis whilst listening to the songs on youtube. (i do have the entire Beatles collection on record, but its quicker to search youtube when doing something like this :) ) great fun (if ya into that sort of thing) Or you could just enjoy the music :)

According to digital spy the 38 seconds was how long it took for all 20,000 fans who were successful, to respond and confirm!! 1 million registered for tickets! Will be interesting to see when the Led Zeppelin concert ticket confirmations are made!!(due in the next 24 hours)...that had 20 million registrations! (for 20,000 tickets)!

Yes. its actualy a quite mature change for them and is actually a very good song if you forget who is singing it. I think it will appleal to the casual record buyer as well as thier fans, and is a definate dark horse for the number one slot that week

some great comments in this thread, I agree that Kara was treated very badly. The twins have to win this to prove a point. that you can get somewhere by being nice.friendly people who behave positivly towards thier fellow human beings.

i really like the twins!. They are friendly, seem like nice people, so what if they get excited!!, its is BB they are on. I prefer people like the twins, who are just themselves, rather than some of the other wannabes that are clearly fake. They havent been nasty or anything yet. I remeber anouska BB4, she was the same, loud and excitable, got kicked out first week , an eviction which is generally regarded as a mistake now. I say give them time to settle down.

I notice the 'Lordi' effect this year, quite a few more 'rock' type songs evident. my musings (from my post on Digital spy.) I'm liking Andorra a lot!,..reminds me of My chemical romance. Czech Repulic...,Lordi lite!. Finland......evanesscence anyone?..quite like it though. France..ah bless,,, annoyingly catchy!.. Isreal, quirky, entertaining. Moldova. evanesance again. Sweden.Starts off like 'waterloo' then turns into the Bay city rollers with status quo guitar break in the middle!. very seventies. Dark Horse this one, might do well. Switzerland. strangly entertaining. Ukraine. The silly one, (isnt there always). These were the ones that caught my attention for one reason or another. Leona was fantastic, absolutly a million miles better than anyone who has appeard in the x factor, or pop idol. I dont care about her personality, when she sings she gives me goosebumps, wonderfull!

well, maybe, but as I said elswhere 63% of people wanted someone else to leave. Nikki didnt go because she was universally unpopular, she went because of the negative voting system, if it had been the final week where people vote for thier favs, Nikki would have been 1st or second. Put it this way, if 37% wanted her out, that is NOT the majority of people who voted!.
