Living For The Weekend - Fifth Album Discussion Thread
I'm glad it's doing well. The Deluxe edition seems to be the one getting most of sales, though, so I'm guessing the people who are buying it are part of the fanbase.

I think it's better that they kept the morning shows for next week, as it will allow them to promote the tour. New interview with a gay magazine: http://www.qxmagazine.com/pdf/backissues/qx966.pdf

In the case of Adele, it's because she releases through an independent label. I don't know about Ellie.

There should be This Morning and something else (Sunday Brunch?). The dates are not confirmed, though, so who knows.

Mutya Keisha Siobhan - 'Flatline'
Apparently is #10 in Ireland  Edit: It's #8 actually!! An iTunes banner would do wonders to this.

That title has been around literally since their debut. Every time they were deciding on a new album name someone would suggest that.

Great picture, odd way to put their name, and 'meh' title.

Oh well, what can I say, I guess I like to think the best of people...

Mutya Keisha Siobhan - 'Flatline'
So, taking things out of context ha? She's referring to the fact that they are just different people, so their voices obviously don't sound the same. The point of Mutya Keisha Siobhan is that you are listening to Mutya, Keisha, and Siobhan, not just to someone who sounds similar to them. But yeah, if you'd like to create drama for the sake of it, go ahead.

Sugababes ● General Discussion
I'd say it probably has more to do with the recording experience. Xenomania is extremely closed when it comes to their work. They like to do everything and barely allow the artist to be creatively involved. On the top of that, the label forced them to include it on the album (again, a track that they didn't have anything to do with), so I can understand why does it rise some bittersweet memories. First, the 'process' was merely taking a plane to LA and have the producers handle them the songs, second, why can't it be both things, though? The fact that she may like Sean Kingstone's songs for a party doesn't mean she'd personally choose them to be on her own record...besides, we know what kind of things we can expect when she has a say on the matter, so I don't really see a problem there. Also, you are imposing your own feelings for her over the whole band...knowing how much the three of them like to be creatively involved, and how much they've made sure they are with this album (we already know the last part of Flatline was Keisha's idea!) what is there not -using your own word- "credible" about them?

Sorry to write three consecutive posts...but they've announced their very first full live show for August 1st on London's Scala. Plus, they've uploaded this AMAZING video about the making of Flatline.

Catfights Inc. Spotlights
I really think people are giving that more importance than what it really meant. It's not like she said they are THE Sugababes...I compare it to when Melanie C says (now) that she'll always be Sporty Spice.
