Specially considering that Justin must've sold 10k/20k...then total sales must be around 50k in TWO days!! Absolutely crazy for them. Leaving sales aside (we don't even know if they are real) I'm very excited thinking what this could mean for them. Suddenly the doors of the big promo slots will be open and they will get much better endorsements...not forgetting of the better promotion they will be able to give the album when it drops! :dance:

That's very nice! :yahoo: I'm not worried about Will.i.am. Neither him or Justin B are that massive in the UK to have an easy #1 released in the middle of the week. Bieber has never had an UK #1, for example.

Of course. Colors just say whether they are increasing or decreasing sales since the last update. Even if they decrease, they would still be selling more than #2.

I really hope these sales predictions come true. It's been LONG due the time for one of their singles to clearly outstage the success of Up. Ego and Higher were big, but you could argue which of them had the bigger impact.

We don't have the data of Missing You, but I'm pretty sure that none of their singles have broke into the top100 before sunrise...All Fired Up doesn't count, as iTunes messed up by summing up the preorders to the song's sales.

I was watching it on iTunes itself! But it doesn't matter, as now it shows them at #3 again. LOL

It's been back at #4 for a while now...we'll see! The mere fact they are inside the top 5 in Ireland is incredible, thoguh. And a great surprise after the disappointing pre-orders.

Yeah, numbers four, three and two have the exact same percentage in Ireland, so it's normal that they go a bit back and forth for a while. The good thing for them is that they are still climbing, so it's very possible they keep the #2 for a while once they have settled there. I don't want to be too excited about tomorrow in the UK (well, a few hours), but it's very hard after seeing this. Edit: They keep climbing on pre-orders...#34 now!

Oh I see. If it's 'James - Sit Down' we shouldn't worry, he's #30 and is been dropping for a few hours now.

One Direction has recieved a big push, but I believe it will start dropping soon. The other songs are strong but they've been available for weeks already so it's not impossible to beat them. We'll just have to wait and see. I'm actually disappointed the song hasn't climbed more on airplay this week.

If they can break the top5 in Ireland (Ireland!) they can totally do the same in the UK. I'm not afraid of One Direction. Their song has been out for weeks and they've been #1 already. It will start falling soon, although it will probably stay in the top10.

What version are they releasing there? Sean Paul or solo?

God, next week is going to be hell. I'm going to be glued to kworb and iTunes the whole day.

On the other hand, it's not in the Irish top200. I've never seen this difference between the two markets, but hopefully this still can be a top10 there.

It's good news that Nicole Scherzinger's single is #1 on midweeks, as that means that it's not that hard to beat Mirrors. I don't know how she did it though, when Boomerang has never been at the top of iTunes.

It keeps going back and forth from 80s to 90s. Right now is #83. Its stability is quite encouraging.

There were two snippets of 'Gentelman' on the new episode of Chasing The Saturdays! It's definitely the most R&B song they've ever recorded. I'd say the chorus sounds more like a rap rather than the usual pop melody. It can't be too long until someone uploads the audio. The TV airplay for WAU is very nice for the moment. With All Fired Up, their best one in a couple of years. Hopefully it will climb more with the release.

The publicity of getting a #1 would be great, it would rise their profile and consolidate their relation with radios...but in the end it's all down to sales. They've been living on that for five years and it's not going to be different now. They will be OK if the sales are good. Thankfully they are doing good on pre-orders, so they should have a nice first week. Even if I think it will be hard to get the #1, I think they have a fair chance.
