I wanted to get tickets too, but I didn't have time to buy them yesterday. Oh well, we still have the signing event.

I doubt on E! care about the single at all. They are independent business, so the ratings are all that matters for them. They are not a household name in the US, so on the eyes of the channel it wouldn't matter if they ordered a series of The Saturdays or any new US girlband. They don't have any expectations. Besides, that thing of 4 episodes is just plain weird. That's not how the US works. You record a pilot, if the channel likes it they pay for a season (mid season if we are talking of TV shows that run over a whole year). For me, as long as they get decent ratings and chart inside the top75/50 of the Hot100 I'll be happy. Now it's the group's and label's business to sell certain amount of singles on the back of having a prime time show every week. I still think they should have a compilation on iTunes by the time the show premieres...to give people the opportunity to spend their money on them the moment they hear their songs on TV.

That cover is EXACTLY what I wanted from them.

#7 on iTunes at the moment...I'd say top3 is lost. They'll probably enter at #4 or #5.

I just had the best gym session having the Buzz and the 2ndA mixes on repeat. I really like the song. Every verse and chorus is amazing. 2ndAdventure, were the rain sounds present in the original or did you add them specially for your mix? My sincere congratulations, not only for the mix, but also for finally getting your work officially included in one of their releases.

You don't spend money recording an entire season just to wait if the act gets a boost on their popularity somehow. They've been that criptic because E! doesn't want it to be official yet, maybe because the premiere date is too far away. But they liked the pilot and ordered a full season, so there's no turning back on that.

Why do they have to give us anything at all? That 'hype' for the song before even hearing any clip only works at a fanbase level. You can't seriously think there is people who care about this release outside of threads like this at this moment. In order to keep their fanbase happy they just need to give them (us) something to be excited about. So if they can't release any more information about the single, they'll give us something else. And there is going to be plenty of things to be excited about in the next months.

They are launching a frikking TV show in the US (that will most likely air in the UK too) and promote it, so it's not like they are going to hide in a cave until 2013. Also they need to release this single after the show premieres, as right now they don't have enough media support to get strong sales. The fact we are still talking about #1s despite having great first week and overall sales proves that having a top-chart single is important. Even if it doesn't get big sales it will be great publicity.

Some time ago I heard from 'someone who knows someone' they would like to release All Fired Up in the US, so they may focus on that for the rest of the year.
