  1. Almost non moving on airplay this week: up from #38 to #34.
  2. This is shaping up to be as strong as Missing You...with a much weaker competition (and less airplay).
  3. You are a saint! And you should start a new thread compiling all these positions, because they are very useful in a day like this.
  4. D'Banj is at #81 (last time I checked) and #4 (EP). Now I doubt he'll be a hard competitor.
  5. It's climbing!! now it's at 25% In theory getting to #8 shouldn't be too hard at this point.
  6. I prefer www.kworb.net, but it doesn't show the Irish chart.
  7. Top10!!!! Now hopefuly this will give them a little push so they can keep stable for a while.
  8. My Heart Takes Over was at #40 by this time of Saturday...so we should be VERY happy with this even if it doesn't make a stellar performance on the charts.
  9. They're back at 20%...but it's probably because the #1 has decreased. In anycase, Bieber is now at their same level, so it won't be long until he falls below them.
  10. Bieber seems to be decreasing quite fast, so that will probably make them go top10 anyway.
  11. Still at #13 (I thought it was at #12, I must have seen it wrong). There is a big gap until #11. Hopefully it will keep climbing during the night just like All Fired Up did. If they get to #11 there should be no problem getting to #8 at least. The songs in that range are extremely close to each other.
  12. What could be the cause for this well-behaviour as oppossed to the downfall of My Heart Takes Over? They haven't had any special promo in Ireland and airplay has been low (as always there). Have the stories in magazines worked on rising general interest? The people/fanbase outside the internet have embraced the song? Irish iTunes is so much different than UK's. This time by Sunday it will have probably peaked there.
  13. I really do not know what happened with Capital this time around. I know they had some problem with Alexandra Burke's Elephant single because someone premiered the song before them...but this isn't been the case, and they do have come back with an uptempo track, which is what they usually like from them...
  14. I say top10 (#7), around 40k-45k the first week and just above 150k in the end. Given that they're going to the US right after the release week, I'm not confident on the longevity of this. Still, I'd say top10 and decent opening sales is what they need now. To leave the UK with a decent number.
  15. Agree. The song has been quite popular. Oh well, if only not being #1 was our biggest problem.... Looks promising in Ireland!
  16. That's actually very good. I think My Heart Takes Over started much more slowly in Ireland.
  17. I hope they show a clip of the video at least.
  18. They've been promoting the preorder exclusive tracks on twitter, that could explain the jump.
  19. Turn Myself In has probably the best production out of all of their b-sides (even thopugh I still dislike the robotic voice in the chorus).
  20. Well, we can argue about our ideal scenario but we also have to be realistics and think that if they haven't cracked Europe and kept healthy sales in their homeland, of course they have no chance in such a huge and complex market as the US is. And as a newcomers, they don't have the huge fanbase One Direction had even before having a hit single and their label don't own half of US radio stations as The Wanted's does, so they have no guarantee they are going to be played. If The Saturdays are still around is basically because they are a multi-sided business: endorsements and publicity represent an income as important as music sales. They are heavily dependant on their core fanbase who pays for albums and tour tickets. Given their great personalities is fair to think their TV shows represent a big chance of developing that fanbase. As for the channel wanting to add more drama to the show...if they wanted a group of bitches they would get any of the dozens of rookie bands that must be around LA someone that could be easy to manipulate. They wouldn't get a group that has full control over their brand and business, with a consolidated personality and a definded relationship among the members...they wouldn't get "The Saturdays". I'm incredibly excited for this. I want music from them but I also enjoy immensely their personalities. Their mix of charming and "white" fun can result into a very distinctive show among E!'s programs. It will help them getting new endorsements and having their songs played every week to a few millions of people could get them a few well needed sales.
  21. Well, at least we'll get an appearance on BGMT. It sucks that they're going to be on Radio 1's B-list the week of release :(
  22. They should be at that stage, but they aren't, specially considering the performance of their last single. I'm with you in this: we've seen campaign after campaign that morning shows do not affect iTunes sales. Still, any promotion is good for them.
  23. They just announced the TV promo schedule: Keith Lemon’s Lemonaid - Saturday (12th May) Sunday Brunch - Sunday (13th May) This Morning - Monday (14th May) Daybreak - Friday (18th May) http://www.thesaturdays.co.uk/news/the-saturdays-on-the-box/
  24. Frankie and Mollie confirmed this morning on Radio 1 that they're going to LA in a couple of weeks to record the pilot episode of their show with E! Let the conquest begin!
