I'm not as concerned about the album as for the single. In the end, people already know 3 songs from the album and two of them are still in the top100 of radio airplay.

I'm devastated for how low the airplay for this is. Having two songs in the top100 will be great promotion for the album, but they actually made a radio tour to avoid these kind of situations. Now we depend only on the promotion they do this week.

I'm guessing their team saw that GR,GS was the most popular song on their Facebook poll, so they decided to leak it to build some buzz. Besides, it's not that early, I think the timing is actually perfect.

But they haven't...they are performing the following week. Now we need confirmation of who is the act that will perform the same night as Rihanna. It could be TheSats, and we've also heard of Olly Murs...

In the end, if this doesn't work out and they end up performing on The Xtra Factor, at least we know they were seriously considered to perform on the main show. That doesn't seem such an impossible goal anymore.

I'm obsessed with Get Ready, Get Set. Una sounds brilliant and so distinctive, her voice fits so well dance music!

Doesn't have Louis anything to do with Westlife? If that's the case I'm sure they'll be performing (even though they're far from their glory days). I think there's a reasonable spot between being 'huge' and 'to flop' that can be quite profitable. Album sales haven't been the same anymore, but they've got a million of things to be proud of; some of their biggest hits came after CL. Even if this gets the same sales as Headlines they will be still around as long as they are the biggest girlband of the moment, or at least the only one.

I've been told there are still available tickets for the SECC (Glasgow).

I guess the album release will give ticket sales a nice boost. Still, if sales are going good before the 'big event' I'm quite confident they'll do just fine with this tour, selling out or not.

It would take more time to make a top30 or 20...I may think about it later.

So glad they are doing a radio tour at this moment! I hope it can help Al Fired Up's airplay as well, but at least they should get the usual pre-Notorious level of aiplay with this new single.

Not really. Scripted shows use to make a 7 seasons deal with everyone involved...but it only means that if the channel wants to keep the series, the actors can't leave until they complete the seventh season. A five season deal would mean that the group can't stop doing the show unless the channel decides to stop the production. It doesn't mean that there will be five seasons for sure, it will happen only if the channel decides to renew the program year after year.

I actually remember the Girls release, when people were pissed/susprised that a new Sugababes lead single didn't go #1. Compare that with this situation, when it 's not even being released due to the poor reception. And can I point out that they haven't confirmed a new single officially? The last statement we got just thanked the fans for their support. It would've been more normal to say 'We thank the fans and while the girls prepare their next single here's the free download link of Freedom...'

Yes necessarily. The whole base of the system is showing how close or far is a song from the #1. So if it says Pixie is separating from #1 but at the same time TheSats are getting closer, it means Pixie is selling less every update and The Sats are selling more or keeping it stable.

No, because the reference is the song at #1, and Pixie is #2. Leona is decreasing as well.
