The Corrs - White Light
The performance in The One Show had a huge effect, because only a few hours before they were #18 on iTunes  Which proves that the public is extremely responsive to this album, as long as they do a little promotion. I think this push in the last day can make them re-enter the top10. Oh, I thought the lyrics were very obvious about that meaning. What other interpretation did you make?

The Corrs - White Light
I'm very impressed they are in the UK iTunes top10. I was not expecting that at all after seeing the preorders not getting higher than #70.

The Corrs - White Light
I hope that the excellent word of mouth will eventually reach the fanbase they once had. Their Spotify numbers are low considering how many international hits they have.

Live Nation has a BF deal of 15% off any tickets, including the White Light tour. So today is definitely the day to get them: http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/promo/e634bu

Wait until you get to such an Irish-folk song as Stay and you hear the little touches of disco. The production in all songs is great.

Oh, I was just guessing because of the time zone. I took for granted that this would be a WW release.

Kind of, it's out in Australia and some Asian countries.

It is actually insane how good this is. Damn, it may pass Borrowed Heaven as my second favourite Corrs album, only behind Forgiven Not Forgotten. It's so much more Irish-sounding than I expected. It's pretty much a mix of all of their previous albums combined...and perfected?

The Corrs - White Light
Yeah I listened to that too. Honestly, I feel that show is what has given them such a big push in preorders. Speaking of which, they are back at #89 on UK iTunes, so they seem to be doing just fine. Enya has premiered her video a couple of days after the album release, so maybe they'll do the same.

The Corrs - White Light
I really don't understand the promo for this album. We are five days from the release and there is no sign of a video. They released the single early to build some buzz, but they haven't followed it with any more songs, despite Bring On The Night not really getting much attention. Even Enya released three songs prior to her album release, and I can't think of a less single-artist than Enya. Ironically, preorders look fine right now. The album is #110 on iTunes UK at the moment, after being in the #70-#90 range for a few days, so I guess the promo on Radio 2 is working.

Least favourite: SPICE GIRLS SINGLE
Too Much for me. Headlines is a nice song. Not for a comeback single, but it's ok on its own. And I absolutely LOVE Let Love Lead The Way. Those harmonies!

Oh woah, that's great news! Considering how their latest releases went, I did not take this attention for granted.

Una Foden ☆ General Discussion
I do think it's smart for her to pursue a 'career' in Ireland before doing anything else. The UK is overcrowded with B-list celebrities like her trying to remain relevant. She has way more chances to become a name in Ireland and use that as a platform to do something afterwards overseas, even if it's just to scrap a few thousand copies of her solo single. Being a coach on The Voice of Ireland looks better on her resume than being a contestant on I'm a Celebrity or any flop show like Tumble or Splash.
