    No, there is no problem with web browser. Mozilla has been perfectly work. When you try login your account and you enter wrong account user name and password then 403 error generated. So, you can send a request for reset user name and password.

    There is a problem with your web browser. Some important supporting files has been deleted, so you can reinstall web browser and then you can check it. If then your problem not solve then you can change your web browser.
