  1. Thanks for this, 4.8 million single sales....i think this time next year they'll break 5 million. Not bad for five girls plucked from obscurity on a tele show 16 years ago!
  2. So pleased for George Ezra.
  3. Well deserved for George Ezra! Olly Murs, Little Mix please.
  4. What i am looking forward to from Q4 this year.... I'm sure i read Olly Murs mention new music this year? It'd make sense. Playing football, messing about at functions and tweeting on social media is not his full time job apart from The Voice, bring on the music! New Cheryl album. It's been confirmed new single October yes? I presume she'll follow up an album immediately too. Louis Tomlinson. It would be ridiculous given the XF UK exposure not to release his album right now. The longer he leaves it the less it'll sell. I was looking forward to Meghan Trainor, Zayn II and Liam Payne albums but they've been either postponed, cancelled altogether or a complete mess. Tour DVDs.....Niall's Flicker was filmed yes? Shania Now tour was filmed? Books....Sarah Harding autobiography must be released soon yes?
  5. I'm a major Nadine fan but....the girls didn't like you because at times you could be disrespectful and not a team player. -She changed after she went to LA, she refused to do Out Of Control if she didn't get a solo deal as advise by her solo manager - held them at 'ransom' not to mention hiring a solo manager in the first place and then brought him along to the tour! -Refused to do Passions or Ghosthunting (not a team player) -Didn't attend the Brits 2008 because it wasn't 'her thing' but has attended since! -Lateness apparently....and it was getting worse and worse until they said something! -The split night drama and the tweet and the interviews again and again recalling the same stuff again and again to promote her new music. Nothing to do with singing the lines....I'm sure the girls understood it wasn't her choice. They all were given ample opportunities to shine I think but Nadine did feature more on the singles which made sense.
  6. I am HUGE fan but i got to be honest.... While the records were selling and doing well and he was making good money from the pop career he was happy to go along with it and now that all seems to have dried up and 85% Proof underperformed and he lost his deal with Island Records after voluntarily leaving Sony after his winners contract ended, this couldn't be timed any more coincidentally if he tried. Yep i gettit the anxiety etc he was going through but he didn't have to do all that. I mean he's doing this musical now and i wouldn't be surprised if he said in ten years he hated this too....i don't understand how you can have anxiety with the pop career but not with the shows he is doing - it's still singing in front of loads of people. Slight contradiction there for me.... I don't care what anyone says. I have been a loyal fan for 16 years and i'd have wanted a tweet or official statement on the website to the fans making us know exactly how is feeling and directly addressed to us. His fans deserve that, they went to great depths in the early start of his career to support him and i know because i was there doing that for everything he did.
  7. It was posted before, but he didn't seem as definite about it then he just pondered not doing a record again. He's now done a new interview this week where he more explicitly says that he plans not to record any more more music and talks about why he's quitting his pop career. He's owes his loyal fans a official statement on his website me thinks. We've supported him for 16 years FFS.
  8. I'm a big WY fan. So, he's apparently..... never going in a recording studio again never releasing another record http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/event/arti...erils-fame.html Firstly, I'm angry, he can't just generalize all our fans years and years of support as an unhappy time of his life. There's a little bit of now I've made my money, cya! Also, it's all abit coincidental timing that this is at the same time he's lost his record deal with Island Records, the sales were lower than hoped is that REALLY why he's quiting. Surely if the sales had been better he'd have continued, it's all abit timed nicely.. I'm sorry if he has so many issues with it all, how is he still performing on stage every night in theatre but Strictly was too much pressure? Just doesn't add up for me. I'm one of those fans who has supported him for SIXTEEN years now. I support his music. Nothing else. I never cared for the rest of it all. oh and selling the BRiT Awards PUURRLEASE! We helped him win those awards I remember how much time and effort went into it by his fans including me and it meant so much when he won that Best Breakthrough Brit Award. I'm kinda mad if i'm honest! Fair enough, health and wellbeing trumps being a popstar but he's still doing other things he's successful at. It just all seems a lousy excuse to be honest. He could easily put out records if he wanted to....Does he not realize he has fans who have supported his entire career? I would have expected a official statement on his website or something, he's owes us that right?

  10. I mean Lily Allen quit and came back right? Charlotte Church..The thing is when you eventually come back you are no longer relevant and the general public besides fans aren't interested and a previous elongated break has already lost him fans from 'Echoes' 2012, to 85% Proof 2015. Three years between albums is too much. 1-2 years at most, in the music biz sadly if you are away too long the music buyers and radio stations move on... I thought he always said in interviews though music was his first love and i know you can do that in many forms but for me a studio album is music. He always said he loved writing etc. I have little or no interest in all his other activities, got to be honest. I like Will alot, but you have to admit even as a fan that he left Sony after many years then moved to Universal Island and then 85% Proof struggled to go even gold (sold around 80k-90k) despite 4 singles. He released his Summer covers EP without a label. That normally tells me that he is now without a label and maybe he doesn't want to self-fund. He can hardly go back to Sony...I know there's many labels who will take him in a instant but i wondered if this had something to do with it? It's timed perfectly..
  11. I know Dan talks nonsense! :P  I thought pop music and music were the same thing!!!? I want a new studio album! -_- But not interested at all none in his acting, west end or pod casts interest me...:( But in another interview I saw there were direct quotes from Will that say he's put the pop music/writing on hold for now and he wasn't sure if he'd even go back to it...and that it didn't make him happy anymore and he wanted to do other things.
  12. Many may say he isn't relevant in 2017 anymore....but lets not forget this is an artist who has had 4 No.1 singles & 4 No.1 albums. Every single studio album has charted at either No.1/2 and his most recent '85% Proof' went to No.1 and whilst fell short of going gold (100k) he still has a decent following that would let him carry on releasing more music. Will was with Sony Music for many years, moved to Island under Universal records and then didn't sell enough despite 4 singles released from the album and therefore was quietly dropped I would presume. He released a Summer covers EP under Pledge Music which said it all really... https://www.thesun.co.uk/tvandshowbiz/bizar...st-in-cornwall/ I know no one has the right to demand anything, as a fan he's given us a decade of his life and 6 studio albums. I like them all.... He hasn't made a bad studio album for me From Now On (10), Friday's Child (10), Keep On (10), Let It Go (9), Echoes (9), 85% Proof (9). Personally, I'm a huge fan from 2002...and I have every album, single, book, DVD etc...and I can honestly say I have no interest in anything that isn't music from him...I may be in a minority.... :(
  13. Seen that. Not happy. I may be in a minority but my interests in Will are limited to his pop career. I'm not interested in anything else...

He has struggled to get a hit besides DOMO. You are The Reason needs a music video...

'Original' feat Red One is a bop on his album, a failed opportunity! I think that would have done well for him, been his XF performance.

The performance hasn't done for this anymore?
  17. I think it'll be hard to get success. She was so talented though, she's been mis managed. The Tears with Clean Bandit was a brilliant choice. So Good was a great single. Best Behaviour was a bop, really liked by many. Unpredictable with Olly was unnecessary but good to keep her in the public eye. This album better be good and come out soon. It'll be hard to get success two years from winning honestly.

Yep this has flopped. Two good singles though. The album cover is too dark doesn't stand out in the shops at all! Oh well at least he got to release an album!

Yep totally agree. Was backing her for the win rather than Rak Su. She'll easily be signed and have a Ella Henderson type album soon.
  20. 'It's all out of tune' i laughed :w00t: It's a pretty terrible song. The problem is he can't sing very well. He is lucky he got into 1D. The performance did make me like the chorus abit more i'll say that much. But that performance for a final is ridiculous, what was Cowell thinking?
  21. Any news on a new album for Will. I like all the other stuff he does but it's all about the music for me. I know he's busy doing bits this year but is more or less confirmed for 2018? I loved the last album but it did under perform slightly and i'd be surprised if he is still with Island Records..

I think Grace and Run Su could do well in the future, I think she'll win it!
  23. Totally true it will be judged by how it performs in the next few weeks not just last week! They want to be negative. She hasn't even promoted yet bar media and online. So far, 422,000 Spotify listens 42,000 YouTube views
  24. Thank you! Any way of finding out total sales for Insatiable single or album?
  25. Her total sales are 3.1k. Downloads were 1.6k, streaming points 1.5k Not bad all things considered, 4k would have got her in the top 100.
