Friday Chart Predictions
1 Will Young - Lexicon (12.6k) (+2.2k) 2 Lewis Capaldi - Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent (10.5k) (+3.8k) 3 Bruce Springsteen - Western Stars (9.5k) (+2.2k) 3 Two Door Cinema Club - False Alarm (8.2k) * (+1.5k) 5 Mark Ronson - Late Night Feelings (7.8k) * (+1.8k) I think Will did well enough to sell another 2k yesterday, better than Madonna. He's most certainly gonna be top 2-3 at the very least so that'll be a success for him, I'd LOVE for him to get No.1 it would be SO ridiculously deserved. He also needs it more than Lewis and Bruce. I'm stunned Lewis is selling what he is selling in week 4. In the end it seems Will could lose out by 1-2k sales, however he does signings this week and Loose Women so I am still hopeful.

Will Young - Lexicon
It's all about 'Scars' for me so far, stunning.

Doesn't that include streaming data? I should think his label Cooking Vinyl will be more than pleased with this result.

Graham Norton would've been great. He could've sang an album track... I'd say a 3k lead is pretty good right? Even a No.2 would be decent at this stage! Keep streaming and buying people! :cheer:

Anyone able to answer me... I bought a bundle off his official site CD CASSETTE and VINYL Does that count as 1 sale or 3? I'm just so happy for WILL! :) 'Scars' on full blast now....

😍I am tearing up....17 years from Pop Idol, Will Young is heading for his fifth No.1 album with 'Lexicon' so much for all those naysayers who said he wouldn't last 6 months 😋

Friday Chart Predictions
I was worried he'd break his top 2 studio album record this time round, but seems he's in good stead to keep it even if he drops to No.2. 1 From Now On 1 Friday's Child 2 Keep On 2 Let It Go 1 Lexicon 1 85% Proof Impressive! :cheer:

Friday Chart Predictions
Amazing news for Will Young! I was hoping for No.1 but realistically thinking top 5-10 would be more likely after four years away. Would like to see sales to see how close it is...he may end up No.2 in the end, that would still be brilliant. He may be front loaded by pre-orders though, I've bought the CD, cassette and vinyl not to mention streaming the songs all the time so trying to do what I can, still No.1 on iTunes and No.3 on Amazon. Sooo well deserved though - well done WILL :yahoo: .

Cheryl - Let You
She has more than enough hits to do a GH.

Westlife - Spectrum
BGT does... ask James arthur, he's now top 4 on iTunes.

Westlife - Spectrum
I doubt it. He's very stingy about artists who find success on other labels who have come from his show/were originally dropped by him but found success elsewhere. The success of Jedward justified a comeback performance but it never happened as they found success with Universal/Eurovision away from his label who originally dropped them... Calum Scott: He's been a HUGE success but he was an instance were Simon Cowell didn't sign a BGT single that could have done well in Dancing On My Own. He didn't sign him, he put his cover out himself independently, it did really well and then Warner signed him. EDIT: I just realize he had him on tonight on BGMT and whilst still no performance it was super huge of him to acknowledge the success he has achieved without him so respect Simon. Bars and Melody: successful and popular on a worldwide level - he signed them with Hopeful and despite it going Top 5 he dropped them, they have done insanely well since and have a huge social media following. I could go on...

Cheryl - Let You
I think she lead with that due to the whole Liam Payne thing which she was again thinking would help promote her single as she's done purposefully or unintentionally before - songs about her personal life have done well for her Fight For This Love - Ashley Cole Promise This - Malaria Parachute - Derek Hough Under The Sun - dancing with Tre Crazy Stupid Love - Jean Fernendez Versini Love Made me Do It - Liam Payne and all her other relationships This is looking and sounding amazing....
-
Nadine Coyle - Fool for Love
She would be amazing to be fair...and it'd get her some international exposure across Europe too..
-
Westlife - Spectrum
Yeah, like Simon Cowell is gonna let Westlife perform on XF without being on his label anymore....
-
Nadine Coyle - Fool for Love
Love it!

Emma Bunton - Chart Discussion Thread
She's reduced the album to £5 on Amazon/Sainsburys hence why it's gone up. What are the total sales for it?
-
Friday Chart Predictions
What an annoying week Emma Bunton and Lucy Spraggan if released this week would have had top 10 albums.... Most of theirs were fan bundles and sales...so it wouldn't have mattered when they were released.

Surprised Will Young isn't doing better with 'All The Songs' on radio (not tv, video sucks). It's a great song...

James Arthur - Falling Like The Stars
Taken a while to get a new album from him! Back From The Edge was a good-un. The interest is there for him so i can't imagine SYCO delaying things any further providing this new single does well.
