What was the last track to sell 1 million that wasn't related to X Factor or charity.

I can't remember any of the sales. They are all over recent threads though. I Gotta Feeling will make it by the end of the summer. Poker Face by the end of the autumn. Bleeding Love isn't in the charts so it may take a long time.

Over on another forum we use editing rankings to predict winners. It has helped us to predict the winners of many edited reality tv shows so thought I would share my thoughts. CP - Complex character OTT - Over the top character MOR - Middle of the road character UTR - Under the radar character visibility scale Jordan - CPN5 - Arrogant from the get go. These types of characters are normally the ones that you root against the entire season so therefore I never expected him to go this early. We got into his head with his opinions that he runs his own business and that he thought that he was better than everyone else. Negativity arose with his poor management skills and not listening to his team. Rhys - MOR3 - Although he was a big part of the episode we didn't learn anything about him he was merely there to point out Jordan's mistakes. He clearly does not have what it takes to win this show going by this episode and needs to get those teeth sorted before he enters the business world. Tim - OTT5 - Very visible throughout the episode although the majority of his antics were over OTT. He had a great idea with the credit crunch lunch. However, then used some weird excuse about it being too windy to make more packs. Having said this, he seems nice and down to earth and could be in with a shot if he sorts out the laziness. Arjun - UTR2 - We learned that he thinks he is a maths and finance genius. However, the rest of the episode he was non existent and didn't seem to do anything. Adam - CP3 - We learned about his background working in the markets. Good visibility for a first episode and he seems to want to speak up in the board room. One to watch out for. Zoe - CP5 - We learn everything about her this episode and see that she is good at sales. There is a dominating female force every season and she seems to be that force this year. Problem being a dominating female character has never won and this lowers her chances. Kirsty - CP2 - I feel we got to know a little about her and she was the first person to give us an insight to herself. I think she will be an important character this season. Hannah - URT1 - I'm pretty sure she got a couple of comments here and there and made a sale. However, she was unimportant the entire episode. Emma - MOR2 - She never really added anything to the episode and only got involved with the name decision and the board room drama. She seems very bland and will have to up her game if she wants to get anywhere. Habiah - MORN4 - She definitely came across very negative and a poor team leader. Why did she feel the need to even join in the discussion when Zoes' sale was going well. To me she seems to be showing some jealousy. Her selling skills were also terribly poor as shown when she couldn't flog the cheese for cheap prices. Can someone explain to me why they don't just release Nothing On You now. The music industry bitch they are losing sales yet there is a massive hit just sitting there waiting to be released and they aren't doing it.

What do you not get? They knew when they were filming about the election clash. What I am saying is why did they not hold off on the filming instead of having the final 2 fanny around for a year not knowing if they have won or not. No need to be so cheeky.

So basically they are going to have annoying little spoiled brats with a couple of token working class kids. Karen is good in the interviews. However, I really feel that she isn't going to bring anything to the show. Also the real Apprentice was filmed months and months ago now what the heck are the final 2 doing in the meantime. It is surely going to leak. I don't get why they filmed it so long ago. Even if she is really bad, the new series has already been filmed. Sorry to post again. However, I can remember when I was 16 or 17 and I was really immature as I think are most people that age. Exposing them to something like the Apprentice is surely not going to help their development. That being said, I will still watch.

Aren't you just completely contradicting yourself by saying Leona got to the top with no promotion or radio play. JLS have had promotion and you keep claiming they have radio play yet the song is nowhere to be found. I can say Everybody In Love is flopping as it is flopping. They are also coming back to the UK in about a month to do summer dates and promo so there is no way they are going to get a hit in the next month.

Imma Be is the type of track US radio eats up which is why it was so huge there. Imma Be won't have a big peak here as it feels like it has been out for months due to the combined videos.

I think it has become very tiresome you can tell every act that is going through to the live shows and the ones that will have the predetermined closing slot. There will also be the token we don't know why we put you through act. The show is harmless though and not half as bad as the four month x factor tripe.

It is the most generic and boring song that hit number 1 last year and I'm entitled to my opinion if you think sales determines what a good song is then you are clearly wrong.

I thought Lily Allen was recording music anymore, just goes to show what a little attention seeking child this person is. If this Tinchy song is being released at the end of May why have we not heard it.

A huge star in the US go check her out, I'm shocked you don't know who she is and even more shocked the song is making any type of gains on the chart.

I really don't think the UK needs another dire boyband when we already have one.

I have to say I think for Leona fans that download week is a good idea. This should be encouraged more for artists that are being let down by their record labels. It is so weird that they have just seemed to have given up on Echo when it could have easily became a million seller with more singles and a bigger push. So many mistakes were made by Syco on this campaign. The fact that Happy took months to release after it had been leaked was not good and the fact that the I Got You video was released the week before the single were the biggest errors. It just seems Syco have given up on this campaign.

They are flopping the track has been out since January as I have previously said and is getting nowhere. Taio Cruz was released much later and is a hit, now you can say that it became a hit as Ludacris was on it all you want, however, the fact of the matter is it was only a hit as it was a good song which is something Everybody In Love is not. JB is talking utter crap, how can they have a performance booked on a show for something that doesn't start for well over a year. I can make this statement as it's a fact.

Leona became a big hit in the US as she had good promo and got a slot on American Idol which is something that JLS will not be getting. Leona's record label also had faith to announce a release date for the album which is not the case with JLS as their song is flopping no matter how many times you say it is not. I know that I'm not going to look dumb as this song is not going to be a hit.

I'm surprised the ratings are still so high tbh.

You do realise X Factor US doesn't start until Fall 2011. So they are not going to release a second single until then? The point is JLS fans are delusional and are now saying this was a hype track. They haven't got on high profile shows as no one is interested in having them on big shows.

Oh please. I do know how the US market works and seeing as I do, I am aware that if a song goes for adds in January and 4 months later it has not even charted then it has flopped. The song has also been on iTunes since January and no one is interested in it. How can you sit there and say there is no way to determine if it will be a hit or not when you know fine well the adds date has passed and radio are not playing it.
