Working in an office and being happy to work there is entirely dependent on the people you work with. On my placement year at university I loved the office I worked in and the managers and team members were so nice. However, the job I have just recently left was conplety miserable due to my manager being a complete and utter wankwr who did not have two brain cells and the office manager who was the biggest bitch I have ever met in my life.

X factor performances are so overrated everyone went on and on last year about Robbie, Rihanna and Gaga being on. Robbie was dire, Rihanna had a boring performance and Gaga done Bad Romance better on so many other shows. Overhyped to the max. If JLS came out with material like B2K then I wouldn't have a problem with them. When they went into X Factor they were themselves now they are what teenage girls want them to be when they should have been aiming for an older market. Marvin and Astons looks are not going to be appealing in 5 years time to teenage girls and they will be irrelevant which is why they should have aimed for a different market.

There isn't any bands like that out there anymore that I know of anyway and if there is well they really should promote themselves better, there is only so much music fans can do to seek out new music.

The fans need to stop moaning and just vote having the perception that Andrew and JJ have no chance of going won't go isn't going to help so vote for them. The only one who is guaranteed to go is John James the other spots are to play for and if enough people voted we could get Andrew and JJ out they do not deserve to be in that final!

Seriously why do people care what songs dominate the charts. You are not forced to listen to this music and if these urban tracks are selling so well they are stopping the music industry from collapsing.
