I wonder if Ella Langley will make the top ten

Loved on the floor back in the day

If Rein Me In does not reach 16 weeks, Last Christmas by Wham will

MY Top 5 chart this week 1 SHANNON - Give Me Tonight 2 CLIMIE FISHER - Love Changes Everything 3 JOHNNY HATES JAZZ - Turn Back The Clock 4 PET SHOP BOYS AND DUSTY SPRINGFIELD - What Have I Done To Deserve This? 5 PET SHOP BOYS - I Don’t Know What You Want But I Can’t Give It Anymore Give Me Tonight has overtaken All I Want For Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey for the most weeks at number one in this chart

And guess what has happened in the video streaming chart - CoComelon no longer number one. Dai Dai by SHAKIRA has knocked it OFF

Three weeks at 19 for Earrings. I recall Losing My Religion by REM having this run in 1991

This is a great track

TOP 5 SPOTIFY CHART THIS WEEK 8-14-June 2026 1 NEW ORDER - True Faith 2 MELANIE C - Northern Star 3 PET SHOP BOYS - New York City Boy 4 SHANNON - Let The Music Play 5 JERMAINE STEWART - We Don’t Have To….

Just The Way You Are has spent a week at every position from 11-20. How many other songs have done this?

The day Ordinary leaves the Top 40 will be a sad day for me. It’s an epic track.

THIS WEEKS TOP 5 1 X-Press 2 featuring David Byrne - Lazy 2 Shannon, Give Me Tonight 3 Blondie, Atomic 4 Rod Stewart, Maggie May 5 The Beloved, Sweet Harmony

If I ran the OCC I would modify the ACR system so that non-consecutive declines count towards ACR. Double ACR for Christmas songs and former number one singles. Complete ban on re-entries for songs with over 100 weeks on the chart

A bit late this week but here is my top five most played for last week (25-31 May) Gary Byrd - The Crown (NEW NUMBER ONE) Shannon - Give Me Tonight Destiny’s Child - Bug A Boo Vengaboys - We Like To Party Shannon - Let The Music Play

Dreams by Fleetwood Mac is the third single after Feliz Navidad by Jose Feliciano and Human Nature by Michael Jackson to take over forty years to make the top 20

Seven weeks behind Fairytale of New York as the longest running top ten not to top the chart.

I remember Fall Out Boy covering this

That remix of the Milky track is better than the original

Didn’t expect Dreams to make the top 20.

TOP 5 songs 1 Shannon - Give Me Tonight 2 Gary Byrd - The Crown 3 Blondie - Atomic 4 Sam Fender and Olivia Dean - Rein Me In 5 Shannon - Let The Music Play Give Me Tonight by Shannon has now spent three consecutive weeks at the top, and has now officially overtaken All I Want For Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey as my longest running song.

New Religion is up to 47 but has it escaped ACR?

TOP 5 CHART THIS WEEK 1 SHANNON - GIVE ME TONIGHT (2 at number one) 2 EURYTHMICS - WHO’S THAT GIRL 3 DEPECHE MODE - PEOPLE ARE PEOPLE 4 PET SHOP BOYS - IT’S A SIN 5 SEAL - CRAZY

Human Nature finally a top 40 chart hit

Is HOMEWRECKER Sombr’s biggest hit?

Landmark day if a human nature gets in the chart on Friday

This week’s top 5 has been dalayed due to Spotify outage. Shannon - Give Me Tonight Pet Shop Boys - Heart Blondie - Atomic Mary Jane Girls - Candy Man Gary Byrd - The Crown The rest will be posted in due course.
