I agree that it is very expensive (though do we know how much it's going to be in the UK yet?) but I think you have to weigh up the cost of a cinema visit these days. My friend and I go together quite regularly and between the cinema itself, drinks, snacks and going for dinner (because that has to be done to complete the experience of course!), it definitely works out at more than £30 for the pair of us. I'll wait to see the exact UK cost, but I probably will end up paying for it...

I went to the cinema yesterday for the first time since February. Was a very surreal experience - masks had to be worn until we were in our seats and sweets and drinks had to be ordered when booking the ticket. We went to see Stage Mother and I would guess that there were about 8 of us at the screening in total. Stage Mother itself was ok: I thought it was a very good concept, which was not always executed particularly well. Everything just seemed to fall into place very quickly and I personally would have liked some more drama! :lol:

I love One Day More! I've only actually discovered Dear Evan Hansen during lockdown :o but I absolutely love You Will Be Found, particularly this version which is performed by the Welsh of the West End: HATes1GilkU I think my favourite musical of all time is Wicked; other than maybe one or two songs, the whole soundtrack is amazing, especially Defying Gravity, As Long As Your Mine and For Good: q60SEfPSUnE I don't think it ever made it to the West End in the end, but I also really enjoyed the Finding Neverland soundtrack, particularly Neverland (which was covered by Zendaya), We're All Made of Stars and When Your Feet Don't Touch the Ground: pxz9DWDzJIE Special mentions to Seasons of Love (Rent), You Can't Stop the Beat (Hairspray) and Circle of Life (Lion King).

I really enjoyed the books as a kid and I loved reading the first one to my class a couple of years ago, but from the trailer, I really don't think they've stuck to the plot of the books at all. Think I'll give this a miss, otherwise it'll just make me angry :lol:

I've just finished the finale and I don't think I'm over it... I seem to be in the minority here, but overall I didn't enjoy this season. The first 8 episodes were quite depressing Overall, I seasons 3 and 4 couldn't live up to the first two seasons for me, though I am glad the series came to a clear end and that the characters managed to get some sort of closure.
