I was at work and everything stopped. All pcs were tuned to the news and no one thought of work. All our minds were turned to the horror of what was happening and concern for those trapped in such horrendous circumstances and to the families who could only watch and do nothing to save their loved ones. I hope never to see anything like that ever again. Even now, it feels a sadness I don't think will go. I didn't watch Pop idol at that stage so didn't see Darius then. I think most people would have felt as he did

Sharon and Susan managed to go to Friday's show and said that Darius sang a new song dedicated to his Mum called 'Surrender'. They said it was a very moving song and they ended up in tears
