I'm really excited to see how Shout Out To My Ex sells in the long run (first week will be a bit sucky with the missing days). Fingers crossed for some updated figures for older singles too.

I feel like this is the reason, I don't see an advantage for Little Mix as it would have still be a first live performance and new to most of the public.

I'm not going to completely rule out triple platinum in the next few years, if they continue to get stronger the album will see boosts when they do activity. I can see if they get a show dedicated to them on ITV for example it could see a big boost. It would be great to see. I guess we will see the kind of boost the album gets with the new release and all the new promo and go from there.

The pic they have chosen for the cover is lovely, everything the graphic designer has done has made it look really bad though. What a shame. Looking forwards to hearing this album though.

How many weeks has it been charting now, getting close to a full year isn't it?

Yeah I don't see a full album for 2017 either. I also wouldn't say they are being overworked, the next year is going to be difficult, but if they want to crack the US then they need to do it at some point. Plus they've been off work for a little while ATM, and they'll be off again for Christmas. I hope in 2017 they'll get enough rest as it's going to be intense, but it should be fun intense. I think they can definitely keep their sanity if they don't bother working on an album and just focus on promo and touring and use time they could work on music as downtime to see friends and family.

I'm really hoping all their singles get good boosts too as they're stacking up some very impressive sales these days.

Is it anything to do with some new releases making it in to the lower end of the top 40 at the start of the week when the small fanbases purchase, then fall behind LM as the week progresses and the general public aren't buying those new releases? It would be easy to find out I guess by looking at who they overtake throughout the week. Whatever the reason I'm happy it's that way around and not the other. :)

Brilliant news about SLS going platinum, two singles to do that in one era is amazing! To think they never performed this on a TV show, with the exception of a live broadcast of Capitals Ball. I find that really impressive. (Or am I wrong and they did?) Good to hear about Black Magics sales in Canada. I really hope the next era brings them more success worldwide, they're killing it in the UK.

When you're a support act are you absolutely committed to every single show? I'm wondering if they do get nominated or invited to the BRITs whether they would cancel one show (if necessary) to attend. I don't blame them not keeping the date free on the off chance, especially when it's such a good opportunity for them in the US.
