It's really good and I love the summer vibe from it, it's a real feel good song. I love his voice on this too, the style he is singing really reminds me of someone from a long time back, especially at the start, but I can't quite place it. It's great though and sounds like it will get better on each listen! The video leaked too, an unfinished version, it's based in the airport, I won't give anymore away from that but it looked awesome. Genuinely really happy with how this is all going so far, I can't wait to see him perform this live and to get to hear/see the video in HQ. Roll on Thursday for the official reveal. :) Also, you know how he had 2,000 signed copies go online on friday and they all sold out? So they put another 1,000 up yesterday, well they've all gone too! So that's 3,000 copies already, he definitely still has his core fanbase there for him, hopefully this has another cross over appeal to get the public on board too. :) It's definitely far enough away from Westlife to break out I think, but close enough to keep his fans on board. Eek so excited for his career now! <3 Go Shane, Go Shane!

I hope 2NE1 doing that will start a new trend for other acts to release more singles, far too many amazing album tracks go unnoticed with this one single from an album strategy they nearly all do.

Gah that article is music to my ears, everything sounds so good and pretty perfect. It's great to see the label seem to have so much faith in him and are splashing the cash. I so can't wait to Friday to get some proper details of the single. I really hope it's as good as it's being made out to be!

Love the video for this, it's so summery and the song is really catchy. I hope this can do well and get the album back in the charts too. It's really sad to see how their career has gone since Waterfalls, they seem to just be clinging on and it's sad to watch as they're a really great group. I'll keep my fingers crossed this can turn it around for them or at least go some way to repairing the damage and their label sticks by them. Their album is just so good it's a shame it's not being appreciated by the public.

I love this track, it really reminds me of N Sync (especially the Bye, Byre, Bye bit - unsurprisingly) in a good way. September is miles away though, don't understand the sense in that.

He actually did a really good Q&A which revealed info and not just pointless stuff to try and trend. Good on ya Shane! Pop mixed with folk is very intriguing, not completely sure how I feel about it but very interested to hear it. Also, delighted the first single won't be a ballad! Shane's b'day is 5th July right? If they premiere it then, I guess we're looking at around 11th August release date. Great news about the radio tour and nice to hear he's looking forwards to touring (although gives the impression there's no plans until they see how he performs). I'm glad we have a rough release date now and as we know it will be a EP from earlier tweets it feels like we know quite a bit now. I'm all excited again now it looks like things are really happening.

They did say awhile back they were planning a re-release (even before they released the original version) so it's not surprising. It seems a bit of a shame though as Chapman Square did well, but this looks like it could do better than their previous releases and considering most people suffer the sophomore slump, this was giving them a good chance of becoming immune from that. I think they should have just moved on really, their debut was a solid effort that worked very well as an album.

I hope he answers questions and reveals details on his music, I'm not here for the onslaught of 'Fave pizza topping?' 'What colour socks are you wearing' sort of thing.

Henry to me is possibly the most underrated artist out there, the amount of songs he does, the list of instruments he can play, his dancing skills and he has a pretty good voice too, yet he's confined to a member os a sub unit which isn't really that active. It's about time he gets to shine, gah I'm really excited for this. Very excited to hear what his songs will be like! Fingers crossed it does well too. Ah good news to wake up too. :)

Really not liking the video for this, it's just When She Was Mine part 2 and I found part 1 pretty boring. The song however is great! Looking forwards to hearing the live cover as well.

Really not sure what I think of the song or the dance... it's a bit too different for me, although I respect them for taking that risk, I hope it pays off for them as I adore them as a group. Is there any news on another SM Town Tour? It's basically a compilation of most of my favourite artists and with SNSD, SHINee, Exo & SJ-M all brining out albums already there's plenty of new material for the tour. :) BTW any news on an f(x) comeback, downloaded some of their songs the other day and have really gotten into them.

I really quite like that lyric, looking forwards to seeing what else they will come up with. Also, as it's not been mentioned here yet, he was talking about video treatments earlier in the week, so looks like that will be filmed soon which is cool! I wonder if he'll do some festivals/gigs to promote the new single as well, or if he'll just rely on tv and a bit of radio.

Also, Shane I believed did write a lot of Westlifes co-written songs. Mark gets the most credit as his songs are regarded as some of the better songs (he also seemed the most passionate and we often got the impression he was heavily involved in his co-writes), but Shane has a fair few to his name so this wanting to write songs isn't a new thing from him, plus there's the songs he's written for others and of course IOU before the boys ever got signed/managed (before people question how involved he was). Therefore, this wanting to be involved in the creative side isn't new from him, part of it maybe financial, but I think it's a very cynical viewpoint that would say Shane is only going solo for the money. If that was the case convincing the guys to stick together for a few more years as Westlife would surely have been what he would have done, it's guaranteed money and although people like to write off westlifes sales, they always had great album sales and big tours... which is where a lot of the money is.

Probably my least favourite artwork by them so far, but I still like it, looks a little fanmade though. Shame B.o.B isn't on it too.

I was obsessed with MAMA, one of my fave tracks from last year... I'm really bored of it now though, but I totally overplayed it as they don't really have much songs out there. Fingers crossed they have a good comeback, I'm really wishing them well with this.

Just reading that EXO are about to comeback (already pic teasers about) and this time around they'll be promoting all together in both countries, rather than splitting into two... which I personally think is a good idea. I really can't wait to see what they come up with, I absolutely adore their stuff so far. I'm keeping everything crossed it's good and it does well for them!

He said five weeks, although I'm a little unsure if he means from when he said that (and we don't know when it was recorded) or five weeks from now. Which means we're probably looking at the first week of August for the single release. That will probably be right as they'll probably look to get the album out in late October/early November time to capitalize on the Christmas market. They probably should have held off launching him for a month or two as they're going to have keep people interested in the next month without actually letting people hear the full song. The clip is a little confusing though as he says the single in the background "probably" will be his first single, but we already know they've decided on one now. Anyways the song sounds good, not sure it's going to work well in the summer though and I was hoping he would try and surprise people with a very modern uptempo number for his debut, just because everyone will predict him to do a power ballad. That said, if the song is amazing it doesn't matter and the instrumental in the background sounds gorgeous, I'm definitely intrigued to how it will sound in full. He has an incredible voice so I hope there's some big powerful notes that can really show that off for him.
