  3. The performance was good, I agree SOTME should have started earlier or been mixed in better, it was a bit abrupt. They performed well though. IT's great radio spins were up, fingers crossed for some miracle and they continue to grow and not drop. iTunes positions are very underwhelming atm, but at least it did something.
  4. I do agree with this but I think it'll be play in the long run. It's a bit odd that they released this when there wasn't really any demand for a new single from them just yet and Ed is so dominant anything else would just be eclipsed.
  5. Oh. That's not as good. It's really not doing anything on US iTunes... should we be really worried?
  6. To me it feels like it's been released a little too close to the release of the Touch MV. I think 31st March might have been a bit better timing, enough time for Touch and SOTME to be forgotten a little bit more and for Ed to hopefully have freed up some more room on the charts. Every time I listen to the radio they're banging on about one of his album tracks when normally they would mention Little Mix more. I guess bad timing, but I'm sure it'll do really well in the long run. I doubt most of the general public will know that this is out. For the reason that most of the music media are still buzzing about Ed I hope they don't release the video this week as again I don't think it'll get the attention it would otherwise. Hopefully Friday 17th Ed doesn't release any vids or do anything else and they'll get a bit more buzz around the vid. The pics make it look really good so I'd hate for it to fly under the radar.

  8. Rag'n'Bone Man with Human. However, on Friday the girls will be pushed down as Ed is going to open with insane sales.
  9. Wow your powers. Now can you say something along the lines of Ed dropping and this miraculously storming in at number one. -_-
  10. +80 seems good? Fingers crossed they carry on making big gains.
  11. Year to date standings: SINGLES #5 - 308,000 - Touch #19 - 145,000 - Shout Out To My Ex ALBUMS #2 - 107,000 - Glory Days This is amazing as well. Really happy to see the album doing so well. Touch is killing it too! Hopefully NMSS makes it in here soon too, even if it has to push SOTME out.

  16. Ed Sherean's album comes out though doesn't it? I imagine most of it will make the top 40 in the singles chart too. It might lower their charting position, but as long as they get good sales and longevity it'll be all good.
  17. I really hope so. Fingers crossed Touch does well enough for them to get the invites. When are the Teen Choice Awards, is that a possibility again this year?
  18. I'm bored of them too, been too many lately in their singles discography. Power better be released without any feature.
  19. I'm beginning to get a bit worried but hopefully the rap version takes off on iTunes and Spotify on Friday and radio really back it. I read a tweet the other day from a radio station replying to a fan that they only played Touch once, when the girls were in the studio. It's insane how little US radio are behind them.
  20. Presumably they're on the KCAs because it's one of the only award shows they can get on with the lack of success they're currently having. Hopefully if Touch can do something they'll get more slots in places that their target audience are likely to be. At least we know if Touch takes off they're following it up with 'No More Sad Songs' which is definitely the right choice.I just hope Touch does enough that they get the next single because this one single every year will not do them any favours either. They need an extended campaign to give people time to warm to them. In the UK they had a huge platform but it was only really album three where they took off. The US has not had that luxury, yes die hard fans can follow them online, but a lot of the general public will still not be all that aware they even exist. I'm a bit gutted the team didn't ride SOTME out sooner for longer, it rocketed up the charts early on and had they been in a position to come to the US at the time for some decent promo they may have got a top 40 hit with it. They could then have followed it up with Touch. The fact that they let songs do well with the fans then wait so long to actually send it to radio and get the girls over to the US isn't helping matters either. They need to strike whilst the iron is hot, not once it's cooled off. Hopefully the new remix will get radio playing it more and put some much needed life into it's position on iTunes and Spotify. I really want Touch to because even a minor hit in the US so they can follow it up with NMSS and begin to get a proper foundation going over there again.
  21. NMSS has to be the best follow up to Touch, it really reinforces a more grown up, current sound, really excited for this. I'm definitely here for Power to finish off the era with a bang. The still of the vid has got me intrigued.

Oops (feat. Charlie Puth) 871. Love Me Like You 1064. Wings 1183. No More Sad Songs << Announced today that this will be their 3rd single 1470. Secret Love Song (feat. Jason Derulo)
  23. I know it's not the best awards show, but considering they don't have any single in the top 100 atm I'll take it. Hopefully SOTME or Touch make it big enough that they get to do the Teen choice awards and some more promo throughout spring/summer. So upcoming so far: 11th March - Kids Choice Awards - Medley of SOTME & Touch 28th March - The Late Late Show
  24. Good to see the Today Show did something, not nearly enough though at this point. US 203. Shout Out To My Ex 357. Touch

They have two hits in these, that's for sure.
