This is REALLY good, can see it being a hit in the UK at least. It kind of sounds like the love child of Meteorite and Shine with some funky french house vibes sprinkled in here and there, especially in the verses.

I can't believe how hard this tanked... 66 peak on the UK charts and now it's not even in the top 100 :heehee: Hopefully they've learnt their lesson and the next single (which needs to hurry ASAP) isn't so bland.

An extremely reliable insider from Twitter said that they're releasing "Traps" this Friday. The tweet is now deleted so I don't know if was a mistake or something but it seems weird that they would come back with a re-release of an 8-year-old song. The only thing I can think of is that they've either totally reworked the original or it's just a brand new song with the same title?

From what I'm hearing the next single isn't Piece Of You but Higher featuring Iann Dior (don't quote me on this though) :huh:

As much as I want to believe this is real I find it a bit suspicious that the usual linkfire link Clean Bandit use is "cleanbandit.lnk.to" yet the one used for that Piece Of You link (which is now dead) is "clean-bandit.lnk.to" notice the hyphen in between

Hopefully that snippet isn't an indication of what the whole song sounds like. Was kind of hoping that generic trop-pop production had been left behind with the second album but I guess not? Oh well, will probably end up loving it anyway Btw, does anybody know anything about a Ella Henderson collab called "Requiem"? It's on their Genius page with full lyrics and everything but I can't find a link to it anywhere
