Yes. According to Nielsen Soundscan International, Jedward sold 23,297 copies of "Lipstick" and debuted at #26 on Euro Digital Songs chart last week. This week the song moved ten places to #16. It means that twins sold more than 30k copies. Of course sales figures also included numbers from Germany where "Lipstick" debuted at #4 on the download chart, but record company not allowed that song to the singles chart before physical release.
