Moves Like Jagger - Maroon 5 feat X-TINA
Here's the edited version being shown on UK music channels. Not much difference to the explicit version apart from no tits in it (never thought I'd say that sentence :D). iEPTlhBmwRg&

US iTunes Top 100 [JUL-DEC 2011]
Not true at all. It climbed into the top 10 BEFORE they performed on America's Got Talent. Have a look at the US radio airplay it is exploding at the moment, amongst the songs with the most spins. The performance did help push it into the top 5, correct. However, it was at #7 before the performance which truely shows the song is doing well. It already went to #1 on US iTunes last month and it's back to #2 now with US airplay increasing everyday and all this without the music video released yet. This has so much more potential to grow. Music video is planned either this week or next week according to VEVO.

Moves Like Jagger - Maroon 5 feat X-TINA
Here's the studio version. Dunno why you posted the performance version. The version that is climbing up the charts is the studio version. suRsxpoAc5w Here's a behind the scenes of the video that will be released soon. It's directed by Jonas Åkerlund. dw3BkCZV-P8

Radio 2 Playlist 2011
It wasn't a surprise considering Radio 2 playlisted every M5 single from the last era. I wouldn't say M5 flopped last era. You could say they did over here in the UK. The only thing going for MLJ in terms of being playlisted on R1 is the fact it's done well in the US (peaking at #8 on hot 100 and just entered the top 40 in US radio airplay) and is in the top 10 in the Netherlands, New Zealand, Australia and Mexico of the few I can remember. It's climbing quite high in a few other european countries as well.

Radio 2 Playlist 2011
I know Radio 2 is the most listened to station in the UK but I can't see M5 and Xtina on the A list doing much for them in terms of sales and impact on the chart when it's released on the 15th August. Radio 1 need to playlist it in my opinion. They snubbed M5 last year with the "Hands All Over" era. Maybe they'll playlist this considering it's a new song not from the original release of "Hands All Over" and it having Christina Aguilera in it. We shall see.

iTunes Chart: July 2011 (II)
For anyone wondering why Skrillex has all of a sudden jumped to #102 on iTunes is because Fearne Cotton played it on her music generator yesterday on Radio 1. That was the first time I heard it and on first listen I quite liked it.

Kelly Clarkson - Stronger
NEVER trust youtube videos. Uploaders mess with the pitch to avoid copyright claims causing the video to be taken down. I remember listening to "Wonderman" by Tinie Tempah on youtube and I thought it was terrible. It was only when purchasing it on iTunes that I realised the pitch was being messed with on youtube.

New Release Schedule: Monday 4th July
They're both on the NBC show "The Voice" is the reason why they've hooked up on a track together. The song debuted at #8 on the billboard hot 100 last week with NO music video or radio airplay and was #1 on US itunes for about 6 days. Should be huge if handled correctly. Already gone to #1 on airplay in the netherlands and in the top 30 in most european iTunes. Already doing better than "Misery" did last year and only just premiered two weeks ago. Music video is being shot this week as well. Listen to the track btw :)

Have you heard the song :P? It deserves to be there! It's so catchy. My apologies, I thought you were referring to it as a performance song

US iTunes Top 100 [APR-JUL 2011]
Just been informed by someone at A&M/Octone Records "Moves Like Jagger" has been added to radio and is starting to get played. I wonder if it can stay at #1? I'm not sure. It's such a summery song and very catchy.

US iTunes Top 100 [APR-JUL 2011]
It is NOT a performance song! It's an official single by Maroon 5 featuring Christina Aguilera. It has the tag "The Voice performance" because M5 performed it on the show last night. It's now at #2 on the chart, wouldn't be surprised if it hits #1. Will inevitably start dropping with lack of radio airplay. Hasn't gone for adds yet. Rolling Stone has called it the perfect summer tune. It's gaining momentum as I thought. Just going to paste the latest news from Maroon 5 directly so people stop thinking this is a performance release. "NEW TRACK "MOVES LIKE JAGGER" FEAT. XTINA! The new Maroon 5 track "Moves Like Jagger," featuring Christina Aguilera premiered live on last night's episode of NBC's the Voice! RollingStone.com praised the collaboration, saying "the two singers have a terrific chemistry, with Levine's chill vibe acting as the perfect counterbalance to the diva's fiery intensity." If you missed it, you can hear what MTV.com calls the "perfect summer song" NOW and (be the first to learn all the lyrics) at the M5 Facebook page! And pick it up today as it climbs the charts (currently up to #3) in the iTunes store! "

US iTunes Top 100 [APR-JUL 2011]
It's an official Maroon 5 single featuring Christina as I said. She's a judge on The Voice alongside Adam Levine whose band his Maroon 5. Not that hard to understand. It just says performance by The Voice because they performed it on the show live. Now at #3. The thing is, the download on iTunes US store is NOT a live performance. It's the official single mp3. suRsxpoAc5w&

"Moves Like Jagger" by Maroon 5 now at #4. Don't think that will be budging like you suggest. Seems to be gaining momentum. I could be wrong.

Panic! At The Disco - 'The Ballad Of Mona Lisa'
The range of instruments on this album (Vices & Virtues) is immense. I'm skipping one song out of the 10 offered on the album and that is "Always". This album is on a par with their first for me. Possibly could overtake it. Favourite Tracks "Nearly Witches (Ever Since We Met)" - Best track on the album. It starts out weird tho. 10/10 "Memories" - Love it 9/10 "Ready To Go (Get Me Out Of My Mind)" - The album has that Killers sound and it's definitely noticeable on here. 9.5/10 "Sarah Smiles" - Apparently Brendon wrote this for his girlfriend. It has a brilliant bridge. 8.5/10 "Let's Kill Tonight" - Stomping chorus. 9/10 Least Favourite "Always" - 3/10 Other songs "Hurricane" - 8/10 "Trade Mistakes" - A grower. 7/10 "The Calendar" - 8/10 This song is about the split of the band btw. Overall the album gets a solid 4.5/5 for me. Best way to describe the sound is The Killers crossed with Friendly Fires. It has the craziness of the first album. Not much comparison with the second album apart from on the track "Always" and possibly "Sarah Smiles".

Predict: Maroon 5 - Misery
Has everyone forgotten when they went in at number 2 and held in the top 10 for quite a few weeks with 'Makes Me Wonder'? With the video airplay at the moment being pretty good, if radio picks up more and radio 1 support it, i can definitely see it being top 5. I'll say top 10 for sure though, regardless.

The Script 'For The First Time' · 'Science & Faith'
On first listen I can totally see why people don't think it's lead single material. However, this is a real grower and this could be huge for them. What a tune though, give it a chance. I can't stop listening to it.

Future #1 contenders
Maroon 5 'Misery' sounds as tho it could be huge! Not out until next week but lets just say i know someone who gave me a little preview and it really goes back to their Songs about Jane days with 'This Love'.
