Yeah she is huge now but she wasn't huge until this album so it's understandable them wanting to drop her. Remember record companies make hardly any money from singles unless they are huge! i.e Umbrella. None of her singles were that big up until this album ;) SOS and Unfaithful did well but nothing amazing. And her album sales were quite $h!t for how well her singles did. So really they were not making any money off her up until the latest era. I doubt she only has 20K to her name, but she wouldn't be nowhere near as rich as people asumme. The only way she earns money is from gigs. She don't write ANY of her music so wont earn hardly anything from that :( She needs to at least co-write a few tracks on the next album to get a bit of royalties!
