Totally get where you are coming from, But if you can only exercise with people from your own household you aren't going to be allowed to pop around your family or mates. So hopefully people have few brain cells and use common sense.

It peaked at 5.1 million viewers and had an average of 4.5 million over the hour and half it was on. I was expecting it to be way worse with them headlines, X factor hasn't pulled strictly numbers in a good 7 years so wasn't expecting it to be anywhere near that. Wasn't BGT champions only pulling 3/4 million? I was expecting x factor celebrity to do worse.
