  1. It would be nice for Tove to go Top 20 in pop. I love Talking Body!! She is increasing on iTunes and Spotify, so it's a good sign. Plus, TB is number 70 on the Hot 100 this week.
  2. Could be very close. Ed is still number 2 is on iTunes but still only a little off number 1. Uptown is still ahead at airplay and streams.
  3. Yay for George Ezra and Tove Lo!!!!!
  4. I thought so too. Even the forum at ChartsinFrance is confused as to why it hasn't been integrated yet. It was expected to happen mid October. Then again, this is SNEP. So, things don't always go smoothly. I have no idea what takes them so long. I do believe this is Taylor's first Top 10 hit!! So, the delay has very few advantages. Haha.
  5. Taylor is super lucky to score a Top 10 hit in France as that chart is still based on only sales. Funny enough, SNEP was supposed to integrate streaming to the singles chart back in October but they keep on delaying it. They do have the official streaming chart (separately) on SNEP website. Like I said before, will it take another few years?? Their streaming chart should be interesting since Deezer is just as popular as Spotify in France, I think. NRJ compilation missed the Top 10??? :o :o
  6. George Ezra and Tove Lo almost there!!!!
  7. :o :o at Mark Ronson.
  8. Very impressive for Taylor!!! She'll be reaching the 6m mark in two weeks!!!! Sam and Ed are constantly selling well and Lana is getting better sales outside of US.
  9. At this rate, I won't be surprised if the singles certification drops to 50k for Gold (if streaming isn't counted). The singles sales have been quite awful last year also. At least compilations don't dominate the albums chart as they used to, even with NRJ's many different compilations selling well.

Wow. Those are some depressing sales. I already knew that the singles sales hasn't been that good, but those are really troubling numbers. The 20th placed single barely scraped Gold (75k)!! Should SNEP consider bringing silver certification back?? More importantly, when will streaming be finally integrated to the singles chart?? It took five years (I think) for SNEP to merge download and physical sales together. Will it be another few years for streaming to be included as well??  Speaking of streaming, is Deezer just as big and prominent as Spotify in France?? The album sales look a bit lower. Stromae dominates 2014 also!!!! It's good that ChartsinFrance took out the compilation albums from the list. The YTD list would have been laughable, if it did.
  11. Lana did very well in vinyl sales, especially Born to Die!!! I wish Ultraviolence did better in total album sales though.
  12. Imagine what the post-Grammy week sales would be like!!!! If she performed Style, that would be perfect!!!!
  13. 97k in sales, 132k with TEA/SEA data.
  14. Poor Sammi. Looks like this will be her first single where she won't get certified.  Such a shame too as it was much better than Up and Soldier.
  15. Taylor is dominating the Billboard charts right now!!! :cheer: :cheer: :w00t: :w00t: Nicki overtook Pentatonix after SPS!!!! Surprised by that.
  16. Happily surprised at Love Me Harder gaining at Hot 100!! I thought she would be out a few weeks ago. Must be the radio gains. The number 2-6 songs waiting patiently for their turn at the top spot. Taylor is still doing well on iTunes and YouTube so she will remain at number one for a few more weeks.  :yahoo: :yahoo:
  17. They are having tremendous success after winning a talent reality show, The Sing Off. Plus, two of the members have a really popular YouTube channel called Superfruit.
  18. Impressive consistent sales for Taylor and Pentatonix!!!!! Still Top 2 and strong numbers for both!!! Charlie XCX deserves better sales and the numbers look good for Nicki, considering the 2014 climate. What was her opening sales for her last album??
  19. With the release of Sucker this week, it is very possible that she will chart higher.
  20. Nice seeing Taylor and Sam selling very well this year. How likely will Pentatonix reach the platinum threshold before the year is over?? They can do it.
  21. Also excited to see Charli making the Hot 100 for Break The Rules. I think Blank Space will have two more weeks at number one and then there might be a new number one. Taylor is still topping airplay and YouTube streaming, while she fell to number 3 on iTunes now.
  22. Ooooh!!!! I would love Style to be her next single!!!! I am hoping I Wish You Would and New Romantics are given chances, but I think they are more likely to go with Out of the Woods or Welcome to New York after Style. Impressed that Love Me Harder gets another week and it looks like Lips Are Movin might not reach number one as Uptown Funk is growing faster than LAM, at this stage.
  23. Yay!!!! Sam Smith went platinum!!! :yahoo: :yahoo: I take it they are from actual sales (without TEA/SEA). It's a depressing look when only two 2014 released artist album sold over the platinum threshold this year. Edit: Just saw totals, Taylor is now triple platinum!!!!! :w00t: :w00t:
  24. That's what I thought. Break Free has been in the charts for over 20 weeks and it must have fallen outside of Top 50 this week, hence the dropout. Same for Fancy.
  25. In RIAA certification news, Ariana's My Everything has been "certified platinum". I love Ariana but how did she even manage that?? That album barely sold 400k!!! It's even on the RIAA database!!! Are the other 600k from shipments? Did streaming play the part?? How???????
