Like Aelandor, I also started the contests with an only DNQ run and it did get a bit much so I gave myself a break from the contest and I did again a while back because I wasn’t enjoying listening to the entries much at the time. I think a break can be good every now and then to refresh. I also listen blind most contests, which is why I am grateful for the Spotify playlists every month, as you do find yourself more recpetive to liking entries from certain countries, although like others have said I still end up pointing similar countries as we probably have similar ears for music. Still it would be nice to hear more feedback on my entries as you used to get in the Plug era, but I work in the evenings nowadays so miss the SyncTube sessions, ah well.
