She literally changed her A&R and look how things have changed for her commercially! She's the only Spice Girl to achieve 3 top UK albums in UK. That's literally iconic. What more could a "Spice Girls" fan ask for? When I saw her in top 10 for the first time in 17 years I literally gay gasped! She has achieved so much as a solo artist!
